:smug: Just in time for the holiday weekend so extra day. I'll see what i can do about the clip too. Photo's this weekend though...

I haven't even plugged it in yet. My God, amazingly beautiful bass.

Cool! Don't freak out on the high output and big low end when you first plug it in... takes just a bit different gain setting and a bit of low end rolled off versus a typical EB. You will dig it!

Thanks! I EQ my Mouse the same way you recommend. Acoustically its considerably louder than the Mouse - i guess the f-hole and new strings account for this.

The strings are more pliable too - this time, i guess, due to the full scale. Jeez...I'm a lucky fella;)

Sorry for the delay

Lighter than the Mouse? Nice on the back. I'm looking forward to the "your bass is ready" email - should show up this month...

Considerably ligther than the Mouse. I said before that Rob thought it to be the lightest ofall the MB2's he'd made although I never confirmed it with him. Honestly, it's risiculously light.

Now YOUR wait begins...:)

I'm sitting in Dulles airport waiting to fly back home so I'm too tired to be impatient. ;)

Luckily (?!?) work is insane at the moment so it keeps my mind off of it. I also have an XITS X10 guitar amp that is supposed to show up in the next week or two, and am still waiting for my RH450 to get back to me. That helps divide my impatience as well :p

Whatever gets you through! I find that the anticipation is all part of the RA experience so I best get saving for the next deposit...

Currently thinking about a fretted Mb2 as I'm taken with the fretless models' versatility. Had a near as damn it Jamerson tone the other day. Admittedly it's an expensive means of doing so:)

Man that is a sweet bass ! I really like the dark binding with the walnut top.
Go for the fretted. I used to have one and a really regret selling it. The top was similar to yours. Here's a pic:

Thank you. I think the tortoise binding is standard these days - not sure. I ordered a thumb rail like the one on yours (beautiful - made out of the same walnut piece as the neck) but I'm reluctant to fit it (can't get my head around doing anything permanent to such a beautiful bass and, also, I'm getting rapidly used to having a floating thumb when playing the E). Tell me more about the fretted tone!
