 That colour's (Fiesta Red) "look" depends on what type of light defines it. It can look anywhere from "Coral" (a limited/exclusive Fender colour) to "neon tomato"! I personally err in the "dusty rose" camp, which appeared on late '50s T-birds. (car!) I've seen pics that look "Coral" and ones that look TOMATO RED!

"Salmon"

Fiesta Red

Subdued lighting; softer, more visually neutral... a more "cosmetic" shade that appealed to women. (...purchased by their affluent husbands...)

Don't I know it!

It helps that I love all of those colors.

This thing is covered in Mojo. The back of the neck has a couple cracks towards the headstock, still not sure why because the neck is straight.

I love this bass, super lightweight and easy to play.
A real road warrior! Looks like someone put on a standard bridge at one point. Did you make the brass plate? Action looks hella low!:bassist: Dano's are great - so much to love! Speaking of which, I love my 24 fret MIK longhorn but it's in VGC so it doesn't belong here!

But these Dano made basses do -

Mine had a Badass 1 bridge on it whem I got it. Years ago, I went to the Jerry Jones retrement auction and I svored all of the harware. The bridge is a Jerry Jones brass unplated. everything else is original.

here is my Silvertone.
Wow - good on you to have seized the moment! The "Dano-Sound" has pretty much become my sound playing these Dano-made basses. I still play & record other basses - but the Dano basses feel like home!
