So sorry to hear this. She has provided you with many happy memories. Although it is not easy at present, try to keep these to the forefront of your mind.

Too soon...way too soon, 14 years was not long enough.
Have a massive lump in my throat, and I'm sitting here crying again.
I keep finding myself looking for him when I come home, and when I get out of bed in the morning, my feet keep feeling around for him under my desk.
This ending was harder than any dog in my life. I miss my Loki boy.
