The Casady must be acknowledged as a classic production bass already. Jack knew what he was doing, and it'll always be to Epiphone's credit that they went through with it when Gibson wouldn't.

helps, but the strings are the thing, guides them right back to the holes. I use that trick on any archtop I'm working on, such a pain to get the insides back in...What about a dental mirror and a flashlight?
Of course, the interesting thing is that Gibson kind of knew what they were doing originally, too, but only partially - it took Jack's input to perfect the thing and make it a success. The Casady must be acknowledged as a classic production bass already. I put on a set of ultralights and don't find the neck dive to be a problem. You just have to use a long strap and get that Jack Casady "on the hip" pose going on.nice bass. bad neck diver and plays very long. buts sounds sweet. enjoy
You're making me drool!Cool! A red one followed me home from Long & McQuade today.

DH lets see your pose when you get a long enough strap! FWIW I added a section of nylon webbing to a suede strap.

Youd be safe in the one here in town. Theyve had a Warhammer 2x12 combo with a broken wheel and 3 missing eq sliders for over a year nowThat's why I don't go to pawn shops. I don't have enough cases, stands and wall hangers for the things that would follow me home.
Is that the limited edition signed by jack? Really nice bassPic or it didn't happen?
