My understanding is:
---Mercury Flanger, Gemini Chorus, and Lunar Phaser are all in the Orbital
---Kingmaker Fuzz and L.A. Lady Overdrive are all in the Guitar OFD
---Aftershock Bass Distortion is all in the Bass OFD
---Vertigo Tremolo is new, goes beyond the tremolo available in the Orbital
---Nemesis Delay (technically part of the One Series) is completely new

Seems like there won't be a problem! I was surprised when my local retailer told me someone else also came in with the same issue, and they'll get it sorted out for free by the weekend.

If you don't intend to morph between settings, you might want to wait for the aftershock instead of the OFD to save space. Same goes for orbital modulater vs the One Series.

Anyway I've attached a photo of my PT2 to this post, hope it helps you figure out the sizing needed.

Very important point to consider: your footswitches can't be too closer together or it's too easy to step on the wrong thing at the wrong time. As it is now, sometimes I accidentally hit the volume pedal when I'm aiming for my manta when I'm being too active on stage.

thanks for sharing and the tips!! I'm just sick of lugging around a PT pro, yet I love having a bunch of different tones...the SA stuff seems to be my best option for me, plus it doesn't sound digital...
I still get anxiety about selling off my stuff though, so I'm thinking the OFD will be a good 2nd start(I had the BEF, loved the sound just not the knobs moving in my case and mostly plastic construction)

with the knobs moving, I thought the soundblox series kinda solved that with having 2 presets??

after looking at measurements for everything I want(polytune, SA eq, cali76, manta, OFD, orbital and dimension reverb) to a PT Jr., everything would actually fit ( 1 inch space on bottom, 2 1/4 on top row) if I omit the expression pedal and hub(well the hub might fit, but no midi thing:()...

I might actually prefer this to the PT2 as it'll discourage me from buying more pedals, at the moment in looking into getting a verellen meatsmoke so that'll probably be my main overdrive and i might use the OFD as my distortion and fuzz(with the el raton and big muff settings)....

I've been real impressed by demos for the OFD, I'm gonna try to dial it in as close as possible to my Fulltone OCD , not sure if I'll sell that one or my bassdrive..

So the hub might be unnecessary for me, even though its pretty awesome with all it's potential, I'm terrible with computers more than i care to admit...

Okay, 2 quick questions... I can't tell from the demos, but can the manta do the same cleaner envelope sounds as the BEF?? Also I'm kinda having difficulty deciding between the OFD and the classic distortion as they are mostly the same from what I've read...
if I go with the classic I won't be able to use the hub, but I'll have 6 different settings which is really cool, but then the pt Jr. will be out of the question...

I also changed my mind about the multi-wave, that thing could easily replace my EH bass micro-synth, so I'm probably gonna go with the pt2 or a newer design...

decisions, decisions;)

First question: Yes.
If having a lot of settings is important to you and you are already thinking on using the HUB then go the MIDI way and forget about how many presets you have on each pedal, with the HUB you can have (virtually) 128 so even beats the 6 on the Pro Series.
Also, the Classic Distortion WORKS with bass but OFD is DESIGNED FOR bass which is a bit different.

I agree with 4 exceptions:

1) The One Series has a flexible 4 band parametric EQ that can be accessed via the phone app
2) The One Series supports stereo processing and ten options for using the 4 i/o jacks for routing (also accessed via the phone app). We have been working on this aspect of the pedals this week, and it is a bit mind-blowing.
3) The Vertigo goes WAY beyond the Tremolo in the Orbital.
4) The One Series will have an optional/configurable "brick wall" high-pass filter (e.g. 30hz) to eliminate unwanted speaker cone excursion (johnk's idea!) via the phone app.

With that said, you get 2 easily accessed presets on the Orbital and all the controls are right there on top, with no need of the phone app. Also, you can get the Orbital now. We will start shipping the first One Series pedals in about 3 weeks, but supplies are going to be limited for a while.

So many cool options. When I was beta testing the Tour Box, I wondered what the routing options could entail.

With the high pass option in there, I'll definitely be getting one of them when the official release happens. I'm trying to decide between the phaser and After Shock.

Follow up question on this: what are the other effect options on the Vertigo? Do you get the other Orbital effects or are the various tremolo options THAT DEEP?
