That's where I can't figure it out. I twist some knobs on the vertigo, click and hold save in the hub, and it still acts like it isn't even connected, which it is.

It actually shows up in the hub manager, even though it does t work there either. But yea, just through the hub itself, can't get it to work.

Need to correct what I said. We have experienced trouble using the One Series with the Hub here too. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Getting this sorted out is a project and is best done when we update the Hub Manager software to include all the One Series. As far as we know, it is just our NAMM pedal boards and adamaarts who are having issues with this. Sorry Adam!

First trial run of the new board this weekend at church. The Vertigo actually kicked off once when I switched a scene. So that's weird.

Also, wanted to ask everyone if anybody had issues with the Hub not properly engaging a scene, meaning the PC was sent from the controller but the Pedals failed to turn on/off/switch. I remember having this issue a long time ago, but it was as frequent and was fixed with a new update. So, I can't test it until Monday,but just trying to gather info to point me towards it being the Hub or th solemate failing to work properly.

I'm using MIDI Designer on an iPad and passing that signal to my board. The Hub does not like being sent a signal as part of a "batch" of other signals---it will engage when being sent its own signal but will not engage if it's in a group of too many signals. It's actually something I'm working on with Dan from Confusion Studios/MIDI Designer, to see whether throttling the signal might help. Is there any chance this is what's going on for you?

It shouldn't be. After this weekend when I have my board at home I'll check what's being sent from the solemate, just to be sure.

I had that problem for a while. I was using a 1Spot to power four SA pedals and an ISO-5 to power the rest. I am now using a Fuel Tank Cameleon to power the pedals and the ISO for the rest. Problem solved for me. The suggestion came From the "SA" staff that power might be the issue.

I have 2 One Spots. One for the pedals and one for the midi and controller stuff that's not passing audio. I guess that answers that.

Which power supply would be good for 3 SA SB2 pedals, a 1 series, and a couple boss pedals?

Awesome! I had a chance to meet Nathan and Jeff at the SA Booth at Summer NAMM. Super nice guys. Unfortunately, I didn't get to hear Nathan play as I believe he had a pretty severe cut on his finger. Congratulations, I am a big fan of SA and Nathan.

Hello everybody,

This is a bit off topic, but I wanted to get the word out to users of the Source Audio SA170 Programmable EQ.

Until now, the firmware update process for the Source Audio Programmable EQ has been a bit opaque, so I created a quick video tutorial today to help people out.

IMPORTANT: The firmware update simply adds a few advanced MIDI features such as re-mappable program changes for preset selection and direct control of parameters via CC messages. If you do not plan on using either of those features, then there is no need to update your firmware.

ALSO IMPORTANT: Your EQ might already be up-to-date! Check the inside of the battery cover for a sticker. If you find a sticker labeled FIRMWARE 1.1, then your EQ already has the latest firmware and does not require an update.

If you wish to update your firmware and you have a Windows computer, start by sending an email to [email protected]. We will send you the required files. Then, you can perform the update by following the steps in the video below.

If you wish to update your firmware and you have a Mac computer, let us know, and we can arrange for you to send the Programmable EQ back to our factory for an update (some users have also reported that they are able to perform the update on a Mac using Parallels).

Hopefully this clears up any confusion! Just let us know if you have any questions.

All of our new effects pedals will have USB update capability, which will make firmware updates a breeze!

Hey @rsmith601 I know you've bemoaned your newfound software development obligations, so from that perspective I don't want to pile on, but do you have any estimate on the release date of any of the following:

(1) Reflex editor (or Neuro/Hub Manager integration---honestly, I forgot what the plan was for this)
(2) Hub Manager that fully recognizes the One Series
(3) Hub firmware update (within the last few pages a few people were commenting on bugs)
