I tried a search, but "Firmware version" doesn't really help in a 200 page thread. :D

So, I'm having trouble getting my Dimension to talk to the Hub. It knows it is there, but it won't interact with it.

Hub is on Firmware 1.14 and the Dimension is on Firmware 6. Are those the most current? If not, where do I find the firmware for the Dimension?

If they are the most current firmware, what's my next step in getting these things communicating?

Need to confirm with Nathan, but as I recall, you need to first plug in the Hub and launch the Hub Manager software. From within that software you can update/check for updates. Then connect the DR select it and select update. I have not done all that in a while, so just going from memory. If you still have issues, let us know one way or the other!

Just Pre-ordered the Nemesis, hope to get it soon and make some demos of the pedal and the App.
Not a day too soon, I'm recording 11th Dimension's 1st album and will try to "re-amp" the tracks trough SourceAudio Pedals in the production step. If the Aftershock is available in Europe by then, that will probably be the distortion on the album.

Hi bassmonkeee,
HUB Firmware 1.14 and Dimension Firmware 6 are both up to date. Once the Dimension has been connected to the HUB, try pressing the, "Scan Devices" button. If you're using the devices with the HUB Manager, also press the, "Refresh" button on your browser. Thanks! I think I've tried all of that already, but the weather was too nice this weekend to sit indoors fretting over pedals.

I'll give it another shot tonight when I am adding my new toy. If I can't get it straightened out, I'll reach out to you guys off the forum.

Could use some Hub help - I consulted the manual but it wasn't addressing my issue. Pretty much, I don't think my One series pedals are connecting to the Hub.

I have a Nemesis, Lunar and Vertigo connected to the Hub's first three sensor inputs. I am using the cables that the Hub came with. I am using a Tech21 MIDI Mouse that is connected to the Hub's MIDI In plug. Once everything is running, I click the "Scan" button once to ping all pedals but do not see any indicators on the One series pedals that show they are connecting. I set my configuration on the Nemesis, then hold down the "Scan" button to save the scene while my MIDI Mouse is in position 1. However, these settings are not beng retained when I am switching from MIDI slot 1 and 2. Am I doing something wrong? I am a total MIDI noob.

Have you updated the Hub's firmware yet? I know it needs the newest version to work with the One series...

I figured it out. The Dimension was set to channel (Device ID) 8 while the rest of the pedals were on channel 1. I changed it to channel 1, and now it is responding to the cues from the Hub. Just in time for tonight's gig.

I have a question about an aspect of the hub, series one pedal(s), HH3, and the tap tempo switch... Is it at all possible to have a Vertigo Tremolo (and other pedals), hooked up to the hub, with a HH3, and add a tap tempo for use with the Vertigo? I'm not seeing it as possible in my head so I thought I'd throw it out here.

Possibly by using a tap tempo to MIDI clock generator like the Disaster Area SMARTclock.

Well, i haven't plugged it in yet, but at least its installed.
