i seem to be plagued with problems atm, so ive just sat down with everything and ive updated my hub but i cant get it to 'see' the c4. it'll send a signal if i push the scan button on the hub, but in the editor if just shows " , fw 1.08". weirdly if i click on it and drag it around it shows the thumbnail for the c4 but i cant do anything with it. also @LSMFT6 cheers man trying it now, fingers crossed

My C-4 is here, which is the good news. The bad news is that I can't get the Neuro iOS mobile app to work.
I am using a iPhone 8 with a dongle, the latest available iOS and the supplied cable to connect to the C-4. NO matter what I do. I can't send presets to the C-4. The function LED doesn't flash, and I don't hear any changes when I select a preset, or even if I select "burn" and send it to a toggle position.

Also, when the Neuro connecting cable is plugged in (to input 2, as specified) there is no synth output at all in toggle position 2 (either red or green bank). With the cable removed, the toggle 2 presets in either bank work normally. I've tried flipping the audio output channel and inverting the audio output phase, but neither change makes a difference. When I plug my headphones into the app I do hear white noise. So, I am stumped.

Any other troubleshooting ideas? Thanks!

Hmmm. We have had really good performance with the mobile app for a long time now. iOS is usually very reliable. I assume you used the "auto-calibrate" function that we added to the app?

There is always the Desktop, but we have invested so much money into the mobile, I want it to work for you!!!

Do you have any kind of audio processing running on the phone that might be enabling compression or other such thing?

Just starting with the Neuro editor on the C4. I see a bunch of presets under Community but nothing under Factory. I prefer to use the Factory settings as a starting point to separate the wheat from the chaff so to speak. Not to say the user presents are inferior, but you know what I mean.

Several of the community presets were created by SA employees, can’t get much more factory than that. Nathan Navarro’s are especially good.

Factory and community is mixed at the moment. Community is kind of killing it, to be honest!

Where might I find the “auto calibrate function?”. I’ve looked without success. And, no, there’s no processing or compression on the phone or anywhere in the circuit

Thanks!

So to "Settings" in the Mobile App. (the gear icon) Then hit the "Volume Calibration" button. Read the instructions and follow the process. This should get you going!

I have the same issue with the Mobile app cable when it is plugged into input 2 there is no effect in the middle toggle position on either bank.
The Desktop Editor got lots of testing with the C4 over the past few weeks. The Mobile App was kind of rushed to meet the product release last week. Perhaps this is a bug! We will test tomorrow. Thanks, everyone for your patience.

I also need some hub functionality support. I read in the manual no PC messages via hub. Is scene switching supported yet? As in, can I create a scene with the C4, Aftershock and Gemini, save it and switch to it with my midi pedal as usual? PC would be from switcher to hub, hub would change pedal presets.

Edit: using Windows laptop and Neuro Desktop app
