Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

To be super-extra clear, I won't be able to drop a C4 on my board with all the other SA stuff (Ventris, Nemesis, Aftershock, Manta) and jump to another scene and the C4 react? Sorry for rehashing this, but I will need my future C4 to be changing more than anything since I plan on using it mostly as a pitch shifter for looping. I'll probably wait until it acts just like the other One series pedals before purchasing, if so. Don't wanna program the board twice!!
It will work but it is not as straight forward as your other SA pedals. Right now you are sending a PC message to change the scene. The C4 cannot be a part of that scene. Additionally the C4 cannot receive PC commands, only CC. At this time the HUB can only pass CC commands to the C4 from your midi controller. So there is a bit more midi programming involved rather than simply setting the up the HUB scene and saving it. @rsmith601 previously posted instructions a few pages back on how to do this.

Hopefully the HUB firmware issue will be resolved soon so that we don't need to rely on this workaround.

Awesome. Thanks for explaining a bit deeper for me! I'm currently between projects and therefore have a little time to burn. I would rather wait until I can set it up with scenes, especially if I nail a sound I'm going for. I fear I'd mess something up trying to reprogram the scene later down the road when the Hub can handle it. Cheers!

A small taste of the new envelope filter from the C4/Spectrum. There are an insane amount of sounds available, more by far that any other envelope pedal.
Ibanez bass with real Bart pickups/electronics, neck pickup only. La Bella black nylon FLATWOUNDS....keep this in mind. Full on rounds may have a more pronounced effect etc.
Recorded live on my iphone :D
There are 5 filter presets on pages 1 and 2 of the community C4 lists. My posting name is Serun.

Sweet. So is that a previous community preset? If not you need to publish it and let me know the name!

Im gonna go back and read the previous pages. I just got a HUB today, and an aftershock. Got the C4 a few days ago. Now I'm trying to figure out to wrangle all this stuff in and control it with my HX effects.

But to be clear, the C4 isn't fully capable with the HUB yet, correct?

Holy crap, brought the C4 to rehearsal after a few minutes of solo time... and I thought I had things under control until I realized that my HPF was all of the way up... which unleashed some insane lows and made me stop using it for the moment. Gotta reign it in!

I'm in the same boat as you - C4 acquired, Aftershock and Hub in the mail. Still deciding which controller to add. Good luck getting things over control! Hopefully we both have some luck here.
