Thanks to all of you guys for the recommendations. The pedal power 3 looks great but I can't seem to find it for sale online anywhere and saw some threads on Reddit where people questioned it's availability. Not sure what the problem is because it seems people couldn't get it pre COVID. the DC7 also looks good though so I'm going to look and see if that is good to power my board.
I can verify the Eventide PowerMax (just the DC-7 rebranded minus that link outlet) is fantastic, and small for the amount of juice you get. I use mine with a number of high-current digital pedals

So far that or the DC-7 are the ones I am most interested in. I looked up the Sweetfoot ones that were previously recommended but I didn't see anything from them on Reverb aside from some cables.

Here's a link for sweetfoot. He will also custom build whatever you're wanting. I almost went for a usb power slot for my ipad on mine, but changed my mind in the end. "sweetfoot" Gear

I was searching that before, but being in Canada, nothing was coming up. I changed the search settings to "shipping everywhere" instead of just Canada and finally all of his listings showed up. Thanks for that.

Looks like I jumped the gun on that one. the PP3 is expected to arrive at Sam Ash on 7/15. I didn't realize it was a new item up for pre-order. The DC7 doesn't look like a bad option at all. CIOKS makes good stuff, and each output can be configured for 9/12/15/18v DC. Seeing them in stock at MF/GC as well as amazon and reverb. The USB port is pretty nifty as well..though maybe not too practical if mounted under a pedalboard.

My entire board is powered by a single Stymon Ojai, although I might need to add a 2nd Ojai block if I get an EQ2. The Ojai is pretty much maxxed out with my current board. If I add another digital pedal then I can expect to expand the power distribution. Thankfully, the Stymon system is fully expandable.

I am basically just looking to power the following pedals:
  • Nemesis
  • Vertigo
  • Lunar Phaser
  • Aftershock
  • C4
  • Darkglass Vintage Ultra
  • Empress Compressor
  • Soleman
  • SA Hub
Might also add the EQ2 soon. I have also been looking at getting an EHX superego.
DC7/Powermax will get the job done. I'd chain the Soleman the the Neuro Hub on one outlet (since they aren't actually in the signal chain), chain the Darkglass and the Empress on another outlet (better to chain analog than chain digital/mix the two), and then you should be able to put the other pedals on their own outlet.

Adding the EQ2 means you'll need to chain more than one digital pedal, but the added noise may not be an issue. If you get the DC7, you could also add a Cioks 4 later on and have enough outlets to isolate everything.

I like it at the 26 sec mark when the carrier note is an octave lower... big and subby sounding. Presumably it was a tracking glitch but it sounds great. Would it work to make that change in the editor?
I think that’s simply when I missed a note, try plucking a bit softer or just turn off/down that voice.

Thanks for the recommendation. I ordered a DC7 a couple of days ago and just got it all hooked up and running and I can already tell it is working much better than my PP2+. I'll have to spend a bit more time with it tomorrow or on Sunday to clean it up and see if I can get it mounted under my board.

What board do you use? I got the pedal train mount for mine and it works great! I love how easily removable it is without having to worry about it falling off when I don’t want it to.

Ruach Kashmir 3 Pedalboard (3rd Gen) - Ruach Music

I currently have my PP2+ mounted underneath with a couple of small corner bracket things. I'm going to try to use the same brackets to mount the DC7.

Finally arrived and the C4 is dead on arrival. Foot switch does not engage :crying:. I’m sure it will get resolved either through proaudiostar or SA but was really looking forward to checking out the sounds.
Maybe go directly to us. I want to see this for ourselves directly. Send a note to [email protected]. Tell them Roger said to get it back asap.
