I don't know if you caught a sale price that isn't current at rogue, but $239 seems to be the going rate anywhere I look it up. Unless you paid a great deal less I'd cancel and just go with one of the retailers that has it in stock.

I love me some zzounds.. I mean, if I have the cash I might order from SW, but zzounds lets me finance things even though I made some really stupid decisions as a youngster. I have received some items over night, some after 2 days.. and will again after I pay off what I currently owe them >.<
15% off and no tax with a Memorial Day promo code.

Rogue has been on my 'not approved' vendor list for a while, and IIRC, it's because of their cancellation policy. Read all the fine print...

WOW. I'd never heard of them before now. I think this is the first store, music related or not, I've ever seen with a policy that pre-orders can't be cancelled. Most retail stores have no problem cancelling an order that hasn't yet shipped. To boot there's a 25% restocking fee for returns, and you only get store credit? That's a $50 loss and an obligation to spend $154.99 there should you return it.

These guys make GC, Zzounds, and Sweetwater look like saints. If you call them, sometimes you can talk them into discounts on items as well.

The c4 was out of stock EVERYWHERE when I placed my order at zzounds, it took about a month before it finally shipped, and there was no charge until it was ready to ship. If it had shown up elsewhere they'd have let me cancel the order no questions asked. Good luck my dude.. sorry that this is about the only instance where the advice given to your situation was flat wrong.

I doubt you'll return the pedal because it's awesome, but yeesh.. that fine print. Seems almost criminal.

They clearly don’t rely on return-customers, probably just on people that are looking for the absolute cheapest option at a given time! Most of us will fall for this once in awhile

I'm the same way. Living on my own since I was 19 made sure my credit was shot early on. It was on me ultimately. But anyway, Zzounds is how I ususally roll these days. Those installment plans rock. They aren't the smartest thing to do, but as long as you pay it off on time, it's really not that bad. And I've been able to get some really cool stuff because of it that I otherwise probably wouldn't have been able to afford. Including the C4!

I had a pretty bad experience last time I ordered from Rogue and haven't ordered from them again. I know sometimes people say the same things about Prymaxe but I've made several orders with them and only had minor issues, all of which were resolved to my satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time.
Ugh, don't get me started on Prymaxe. Buying a C4 freed me up to do some major board changes. As part of that journey I ordered a pedal from Prymaxe back in March and they only marked it as a "pre-order" after I placed my order--and never told me it wasn't in stock until I had emailed them several times asking why my order hadn't shipped; it's June now and I'm still waiting for it to ship. I don't mind the wait, especially because I paid (yes, they already charged me for it even though it hasn't shipped) such a good price, but the communication has been abysmal.

I've had much better experiences with Rogue. Once I ordered a pedal and they said they over sold their inventory so it would take a couple of weeks longer. I said that was fine by me as long as they gave me an additional discount to account for the wait. They did, and they kept me updated the whole time :)

Well, YMMV and all that. My experience between the two places has been literally the opposite. In my last failed order from Rogue I actually ended up contacting the manufacturer directly (Disaster Area) and they took care of me and sorted it out with Rogue.

Wow, that is "literally the opposite" experience: I ended up having to contact the manufacturer (Origin Effects) as well to get things moving with Prymaxe. Varying mileage indeed.

I've expanded on my drum machine ideas. These patches are all available via Neuro.

Here's another very random thing. It's a bit unmusical though.

This is a single patch in a single track. I set the pitch detection to input 2 so that the bass would no longer trigger it which means it is possible to play over the top of it.

What do you all use for a power supply on your boards that have a lot of SA pedals? I currently have a voodoo labs powerplus 2 (I think that's what it's called) but it is a lacking a bit for all of my pedals. Is there something that is designed to provide more power for a bunch of digital pedals?

I use one of those too and use two of their splitter cables to power two SA pedals on each of the 300mA outputs. I use splitters on almost all of the outputs as many analogue pedals have low draw so can be powered two per 100mA output.

The Pedal Power 3 is pretty much all 9v 500mA isolated jacks, two jacks that can be set to 9v/12v one at 200mA and one at 500mA.

I have a Cioks Chocolate, but mainly because when I bought it I couldn't find another brick that could handle the 12v 600mA required for my Markbass Compressore.

The Pedal Power 3 seems more up to the task for an assortment of digital pedals than the PP2+ afaict.

Thanks to all of you guys for the recommendations. The pedal power 3 looks great but I can't seem to find it for sale online anywhere and saw some threads on Reddit where people questioned it's availability. Not sure what the problem is because it seems people couldn't get it pre COVID. the DC7 also looks good though so I'm going to look and see if that is good to power my board.
