Finally done wiring! Now I need to dive into the hub manager and MS-3 editor, never used MIDI before.

Are there any resources available? I need to learn how to make the MS-3 talk to the hub

So trying to set up my soleman and hub with my C4 After shock Gemini and Nemesis. I was having problems changing scenes Then released the "SCENE DATA CHANNEL" for each pedal. So some of my presets don't have the pedal on the sames scene data changings numbers. Easy to fix.... Which seems to be the problem of why the soleman was not listining to the program change.

My question is does that scene numbers correspond to midi as well?

Ie I have the c4 on scene data 04 does the c4 also have to be midi channel 4? I have a FI two H9 and Roland Sy 1000 so I want to make sure I set all up correctly.

Yes. This is why I always say if your planning on sending cc messages to the pedals. To go ahead and assign the device ID/midi channel before creating scenes. Yes device ID is the same as midi channel, if this is not set correctly, your pedals will not respond to scene changes from the hub. So the device ID and midi channel of your pedal must match for every scene that you make.

I put my Hub and Aftershock on Midi Ch 1. My after shock is pretty much controlled by the hub scenes. However, my C4 is set to Midi Ch7 and the hub operates as it's through controller. My Boss ES-5 is set to Ch 5.
Here's my run down:
Midi:
Ch1 - SA Hub and SA Aftershock
Ch2 - Eventide H9 Max (Primary)
Ch3 - Strymon Mobius
Ch4 - EHX Hog 2
Ch5 - Boss ES-5
Ch6 - Eventide H9 Max (ambience)
Ch7 - SA C4

However, my loops:
L1 - EBS Multi Comp / SA C4
L2 - EHX Hog 2
L3 - Zfex Mastotron / SA Aftershock
L4 - H9 Max (Primary)
L5 - Strymon Mobius
End of chain (post ES-5) H9 Max (Ambience) - Controlled via Midi from ES-5.
My expression pedal is interpreted by my Boss ES-5 and can be assigned to any pedal(s) via Midi CC.

I've had thoughts about selling my Strymon Mobius and getting a SA Gemini and EQ2 in that space. I would route one EQ through to before the Boss ES-5 input and one after my last H9. I would place both pedals in the same space that the Mobius occupies. However...the UK price for the EQ2 is a little too hot for me at the moment. Although the Gemini is really well priced.
I see the EQ2 as a full sized MIDI in and through ports. Does that make it operate independantly from the Neuro hub?

You can indeed use the EQ2 without the Hub and use another controller to control it and access presets.

After I got an HX Stomp, I really started thinking of going the way of a smart switched like the boss or the gig rig stuff. With an added C4 and a HUB, skies the limit....Talk about exciting stuff!!! Love the board man. Always great to see it.

I like the sounds of this but I never tried the original multiwave.
I had one for a bit, I liked it on its own but it fared less well with filters on the Manta due to the difference in input dynamics. This won’t be a problem with the ability to use it within the Spectrum/C4’s loop.
