Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

EDIT: solved. Turned out to be a dud patch cable built into the front of the pedal board.

Hi all, I previously had a DMC.micro, but recently purchased a DMC-3XL and I am struggling with the C4 setup. Help will be appreciated! Here are where things stand:
  • My DMC-3XL currently will turn my C4 on and off and change preset channels, but while there is noise no actual audio passes through my signal chain. This is true whether the pedal is on or off.
Here is what I've done:
  • Set DevA as the C4
  • Set USB to HOST
My previous experience with the DMC.micro assures me that my C4 pedal works so I must be missing something with the setup. I just cannot figure out why it isn't cooperating with the DMC-3XL.

I'm feeling frustrated with the Neuro Desktop. I'm running it with my Hub, Aftershock, Reflex, Hot Hand3 & C4. The whole system is fantastic, but also really unreliable when connected. Sometimes the app will stop communicating with the pedals. Sometimes the pedals stop passing audio. Sometimes expression from HH or Reflex stop working.

Is this because the Neuro App is still in beta? or because I'm running an older Macbook with Yosemite 10.10.5? I've held off on updating because I don't want to repurchase certain programs at 64 bit just to use make "free" programs work.

I've also held off on sending an email to SA about this because all I need to do is cycle power on all devices and reboot the Neuro app, then things work again. This seems simple, but I'm writing an album and cycling power in the middle of building presets does not help the creative flow.

Agreed. When I was having similar issues (it was the pedal though), they had me uninstall then reinstall the Neuro Desktop app.

Remember to save your presets to another location on the computer or as a shareable preset though, I didn't and had to rebuild a few patches

I’ve been MIA for awhile but still faithfully using my Source Audio gear. This just landed today!

Definitely going to pull this one into the C4 if it's available.
Yep, I uploaded it and a bunch of others too. Hopefully will be creating more Spectrum presets this week. Keep your eyes on my feed, or follow me on the neuro app so you get notifications when I post new patches.
