We are so sold on the concept of Hub and pedal systems rather than one complicated multi-effects unit. Intuitive, flexible, powerful, and mix n match. At NAMM we will announce more and more stuff to make take this whole concept to the next level. You guys are pioneering the future of pedal boards!

I moved my midi controller to a secondary board and I let enough room to make sure I can fit your new midi controller. Hopefully that is part of the announcements :)

The Hot Hand Wah is so over-looked. Sensor in/Sensor out - Expression in/Expression out. Hot Hand can create an expression signal. envelope filter. volume swell. Wired Hot Hand. all for $49!

Actually I meant traditional stomp boxes when I said "individual pedals" - the SA pedals can bring the same paralyzing overload of possibilities as a multieffect does. :)

They do have the advantage of being a bit more focussed on one effect type at a time though, and you can mix and match your favourites without having to get loads of extras in the box that you don't really need. I find them a great middle road between stomp boxes and multieffects, even if they do have a bit of a learning curve for sure.

Unless your multi effects can cover EVERYTHING like let's say an AxeFX setup or it has like 8 loop connections in the back so you can add other pedals in between the Multi's effects, I much prefer the SA approach. As much as I like SA pedals, I also want 20 other pedals in between them :)

The Hub and new Hub manager just make it all work great and completely beat any multi effect pedal I have ever owned.

Hey @rsmith601: let's say someone was looking at the Hub but don't want to commit to a soon-to-be-obsolete version. What sort of time frame would they be looking at? What sort of features would they be sacrificing? Any inside information?

I'm asking for a friend.

We have no work going on with Hubs at the moment. Hub v1 is going to be it for a while, as in perhaps a year?

You know, if you would share a detailed roadmap with estimated prices, maybe even in a csv or other format that we can all import in Quicken or QuickBooks Pro, we could all budget accordingly. ;)

Sorry, it's the end of year/beginning of the year period and all my clients are asking about budget numbers. Just got carried away :)

We are working on 2 things. One is a small loop switcher box that connects to the Hub. Allows for a non-SA pedal to be switched in and out of a scene. Nothing fancy.

The other concept if a tiny module that can go into a non-SA pedal and make it more like a SB2 pedal. It will not be easy to add these in, so it is probably work for a tech to perform. The idea is to give knob control to the Hub. JohnK is going to have some fun with this....:)

Hmmmmmmmmm. I remember someone posting some midi enabled pots for use in analog devices....... JohnK better start training helpers! :)

Thanks, this is what I wanted to know!

I'm sorry to say the Reflex has been bumped to #2 on my not-yet-released GAS list, somewhere after the (possibly vaporware?) Future Impact. However, the Hub and Bass OFD are high on my current, could-theoretically-buy-it-right-now, might-be-on-my-Christmas-list GAS list.

We'll need an extension to the Hub, running out of ports :) ... or do you solve this by having more than one on the board?
