Still unable to connect the Artifakt on Neuro 3 to either my laptop or Android phone. Any suggestions?

For some reason, USB-C at both ends does not work. I tried about 20 cables. Use the one that came with it. USB A to PC/Macbook side
Yeah I think this has to do with the “Host” connection and some cables aren’t wired for that functionality. I tried a handful of different ones til I found ones with the right ends that worked

They should all be available on neuro 3.0. You’ll probably have to load them in one by one
Just had to say that Source Audios customer service rocks. My C4 died during a gig a couple weeks ago and we spent a week trying to troubleshoot it until they gave me the address and said to send it to them and they’d fix it for free. I told them that it was way out of warranty, but there still taking care of it.
Gigging without it has sucked and my pedalboard is ugly as hell with an empty spot that’s just waiting to be filled with a working pedal, but I know it will be back to being complete soon.

They are seemingly not available - all I'm finding under "factory settings" are the default settings for each of the engines.
Edit - I take it back! They show up under community presets.
Any word on when the next Neuro 3 rev will release? Still having issues when using the neuro hub (windows).
Just downloaded Neuro 3.0.19 on Windows. Unfortunately, it is still unusable with the Neuro Hub for building scenes. My Aftershock and Gemini are not being controlled from the software (eg. toggling 'engaged' on and off in the software does not seem to change the pedals. This does work with my newer generation one series pedals (Atlas, C4, EQ2).
Also, it does not seem to be possible to add Spectrum community presets to the C4, either in a hub scene or when connected directly to the pedal. Same seems to go when I try to add a preset made for one of the other dirt pedals to my aftershock. Looks like still a work in progress. @rsmith601, let me know if I should report this anywhere else for the developers.

Perhaps the longest dormant pedal in my drawer, maybe 10 years since it’s been played, is my Soundblox Pro Bass Envelope Filter. I hooked it up today and had my mind blown. What a remarkably conceived and executed device. The sounds, and the ease with which they are achieved is spectacular. It sounds freaking awesome.
Just snagged a C4 and am about to dive down the chasm that is its abilities.
Been using the Soundblox Bass Envelope Filter for a while and loving it (though the C4 may replace it).
And had a Multiwave distortion for a bit that was a hoot.

I get that, but the benefit of the large footprint is all the adjustability at your fingertips, no computer hookup required. I was just surprised by how awesome every model sounds.
hey.. so how is the new Neuro app working out for everyone? I have been waiting to switch over as it seemed like there was a few bugs with the rollout.. Noticed no one has repled to this thread in a week or so- any updates?
I'm staying with neuro 2 for now, 3 seemed like mostly an aesthetic/workflow update. the first couple versions of 3 temporarily bricked one pedal and erased presets from another so I'm a bit nervous to jump in that pool again.
Yeah, from what I've read happening, I'm OK with v2.
I don't have the time or headspace to deal with any more software issues atm - enough with my work.
