Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

I'm having a strange issue with my C4 if anyone could point me in right direction. I've replaced my beloved spectrum with a C4 (based on feedback here) for live use. I copied my 4 fav spectrum presets to the C4 (they sound identical) and added 2 new c4 patches.
Ive got a mutron preset from the spectrum (I think a default patch) on the first green patch. When ever I turn the pedal on, when go to that 1st patch, its not the the Tron patch but some slow swell sythn patch (dont even know which one)
I hit the pedal switch a few times move to the red banks, come back to patch 1 and it is now Tron.
I can't seem to get rid of the swell patch when I turn it off and back on.
Through Neuro desktop Ive deleted tron out of patch 1, added it back in, save it, and the pedal still does the same thing.
Hopefully I've explained it well enough. Anyone have the same issue?

Reach out to contact at sourceaudio. This is a firmware related issue

I have that occasionally and make sure to cycle through the sounds on my Spectrum and C4 before going live after powering up.

There's no reason not to get the FI4 alongside the C4 as they do cover different ground.

I would love to see an update to the C4 but it is still a powerful device for gigging and creation.

I agree totally with @Quatschmacher on the differences between the FI and C4, while there are some similarities or common ground there are vast differences in approach and application that in my mind make them equal and valuable. As different as a Les Paul vs Strat, Ford vs Chevy, P-bass vs StingRay, Flats vs Rounds

The reason is my pedalboard limits.

Yes, is a good device, but sometimes I get mad with tracking or the rest of the things I've said

This setup is awesome! And it fits my needs perfectly. It's also the neatest pedalboard setup I've ever had.

Has anyone here tried installing Neuro on a Fire tablet? My previous pedalboard tablet was a cheapy refurbished Android and it wasn't really up to the job before the battery quit charging. The Fire seem like a good price/performance point for my very limited tablet needs (really just the Neuro app and some PDFs) but I'd have to side-load the Play Store... thoughts?

I have not but as far as I know, you have to install some apk so that you could access the store. But Amazon seems to be updating all the time and you had to reinstall or get an update and it was just better to get a true Android tablet.

I've never owned a Fire (I'm an Apple guy) but everything I hear about them makes them sound unsuited for "regular" tablet duties aside from consuming Amazon content.

Does anyone know if any of the engines in the Aftershock are based on or comparable to the so-called 'Electra circuit'? I've got a Lovepedal Les Lius (apparently based on the Electra circuit) that I use quite a bit, but if I could model it on the Aftershock I could clear a slot on my board.

I've seen it referred to as being akin to a Tube Screamer, but so far I haven't had any luck with the various Tube engines in the Aftershock.
