45P for the neck (a new EMG which needed to be shaved down alot to fit in the cavity)
45J for the bridge ( a older EMG which fit in with no shaving)

I have it wired with a Vol-Blend and the original Tonepump Jr. is in there for the moment.

I will provide some sound clips later.

I did a lot of playing with Trent Reznor's multitrack files, dropping all the guitar and bass tracks out so I could re-record them with my Spector basses and Stuart's personal ARC6, the black prototype he sent to me and I had for almost a year... I sent it back to him last fall finally. :( LOL.

I think it'd be really cool and since it's now been OK'd by Stuart and PJ for me to call SpectorCentral the "Official Fan Website" There will be links between the Spector Bass Website and SpectorCentral.

Your website is awesome! I spent a little while browsing (I hope that's okay) and was really impressed by your work.
Everything that I saw (pictures, art, video) was of the highest quality. All of it was just amazing--my words can't do justice to your work. Man, that's really awesome that you're capable of all that artistic talent. I'm proud to say we're in the same club!

The PRS SE's are surprisingly well built. I bought one of the original Allender SE's and it sounds and plays like a guitar twice its price.

I rarely play for anyone other than myself. It's sort of a meditation I do... it's how I relax and make sense of the insanity that usually is unfolding around me, the rigors of common everyday life.

I've not really thought much about trying to record or perform anything. It's a guilty pleasure I have.

True... but not nearly as much as I'd like. LOL.
I have a few guitars that are "must haves" for me. More because of their historic value in the evolution of Spector.

I want a Brooklyn NS-1 and early NS-2. A Kramer NS-6 Electric Guitar and an SSD SD-4 and really that's about it. If the right Kramer Era NS-2 came along I'd consider it. But really I think the basses Stuart is making today are the best in the company's history.

So my interest in those above is strictly out of my love of Spector's amazing history.

Thank you! And it's perfectly OK. I'm guilty of having grander ideas than time so I never got around to finishing some of the sections. The video tabs were an idea I had. Nothing worse than looking for a tab on a song you want to learn how to play and then finding that the only available tabs were written by tone deaf people.

So I wanted to take a few of the best examples of horrifically wrong tabs and show how to correctly play the song. Oh well.

Thank you for the compliment. I sincerely appreciate it. I used to hate being called an "artist". Artists are really sort of weird and many times not horribly professional. And I didn't like having a label. But after looking back on everything I've done the past 40 or so years I realize that perhaps I'm not an artist, but the impulse to create and express my thoughts through creative outlets has always dominated all that I do.

I'm just grateful that at this point in my life I can work with clients like Spector and my clients in the film industry to do "work" and create/express... and have a ton of fun while doing it.

So in this I feel greatly blessed. That's the other part of "artist" that I've never been able to identity with... "tortured". I don't feel tortured or beat down by the world around me. I feel inspired and uplifted.

And thank you to each of you here in this club. I really enjoy being allowed to be part of this group. You all are really great and your enthusiasm and energy is always something I look forward to.

Ha! You've mistaken me for Todd Cooke... LOL. NO OFFENSE TODD!!! You know I'm joking.

It's that green envy monster talking. Todd has the "DREAM Collection" Todd's the guy who has so many incredible vintage and rare Spectors.

I am a rank amateur who doesn't even create a barely audible "beep" on the radar screen compared to what he's accomplished in the past 20 years collecting Spectors.

Nah... I'm like you guys. I have dreams and wants... and I hope I'm lucky enough to one day get the basses I've mentioned.

Saweeet looking Lima!!! You have her glowing nicely! I like the looks of the wide FB on the regular legend body! Awesome! Can't wait to here it!
