Appears to be a ReBop but based on the internal cavity ser# and your purchase date I am guessing its a prototype ReBop.

Ok, here it is.

Well, it's kinda, sorta, and certainly looks like a ReBop ...

Spector made these bolt-ons for their Canadian distributor; first with two "J" pickups and then with two humbuckers, prior to turning it into a "real model" (ReBop) in 2002.

Spector began putting the Czech serial numbers, on the back of the headstock in 2001 and the number stamped in the cavity verifies that it was made prior to then.

Keep up with the Spector passion, guys!

Get yourself a PR-410HLF That thing is a MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Probably the next best thing next to the 810.

Well the HLF is ported so I don't think it would sound as much like a sealed 8x10 as a cabinet without the ports, it says it has frequency down to 33hz, whereas I thought the sealed 8x10's were rounded off closer to 50-60ish

Sounds like the HE is the closest thing to what I'm looking for, anyone know any major differences between the B-410HE and the SVT-410HE other than the wattage?

I am really diggin my pr410hlf ! It sounds huge !!!! But it's not a light weight by any means . But neither is a 810

I had a PR-410HLF...it's hard to lug around. That's the main reason I sold it and went with the SVT 810e, easier to move and haul. It has built in rollers and skids on back. Only weighs 12# more too. The sound difference between the two is a whole different worlds apart too. I preferr the SVT 810e.

Yup.
Don't forget, his main reason for change is the stairs issue.
The PR410HLF comes in at nearly 130lbs and is physically wider than an 810.

You pretty much nailed it (Glad you're feeling better).
I'm really not that up on the Rebops,
although I wouldn't mind finding one of these Canuck versions with the JJ set up.

ok heres some new pictures of my bass! I wanted to know what kinda preamp was in it but as I was taking pictures and saw that its stamped EMG... =)

Just added a set of extra light labella deep talking flats and this baby is so funky!!

That's hilarious Jaymi. I think I have an invisible waiting list on pretty much of of my Spector's as well since several people have asked me the same thing.

Not to rain on the parade but have a look through the VR threads about the quality issues when you're trying to run two cabs. :scowl: I had one of these for a bit (head + 1 cab) but wound up selling it off. I am a huge Ampeg fanboy but it just wasn't loud enough for my purposes, and the fan was really loud for some reason. (I'm just about to pull the trigger on a PF500, though)....

Awesome amp!!! I've had one for 1 year now and love it!
