Man, I thought that AW Sig looked great "on paper" but seeing "IRL" pics of it makes me want one even more. That is just epic!

Your NS-5XL is just simply stunning. I definitely have that scheme saved for a later date, if I want to order something comparable!!
And I'll do a full review on the ReBop 5, no problem. I've borrowed an original non-LX/DLX model years ago, but don't really remember all the nitty-gritty whereas now I can do an accurate A/B to the Spectors I've had in the last few years and accurately remember those little deets. I think it'll be here next Mon, as it was coming from the Great White North.
What model ReBop is yours? Mine is IIRC a 2010 5-DLX.
Edit: actually, it has to be a DLX-FM if it has a 2010 stamp on it, right?
The ReBop 5 DLX I had was a 2009.
Well I kinda regret letting go of my crfm because the sound was just amazing.
I have a vintage Warwick streamer on its way now but in meanwhile I bought myself a used legend? Bulbinga 4 string. I also bought some creative cuts inlays and put on a set of labella flats.
Man this thing is pretty sweet for what I paid for! It's not as bright and as agrresive as the crfm but it's nice to have a cheap bass to beat up while it carries that awesome Spector name, have the awesome NS body I love and butter smooth neck!

Well, here she is - finally! My new Royal Blue USA NS4.
What a machine! Plays like buttah, and sounds incredible through my SWR Baby Blue. I won't be able to hear the full sonic fury until Wednesday when I can play it at rehearsal through my Phil Jones rig, but so far it is everything I hoped for and more.

Does anyone have a Rebop AND a fully-carved NS-body bass as well? I'd like to see a comparison shot of the curve of the body.
I own an NS20004 and 5, as well as a Euro 4LX and love the fully contoured body, but I have heard the Rebop's bodies are flatter.
So if anyone has a 4-string Rebop and can get a pic (or 2 separate) comparing the curve of the body (both the roundedness of the edges and the contour of the body) to a normal fully-contoured NS bass that would be super helpful!
They seem great for the price, but if the comfort of playing isn't there I dunno if I want to spend the $$$. Thanks!
There's was no comfort problems with mine...just didn't care for the tone. It was all Alder Natural...

Well I got in my Spector Legend Custom today. Practically ripped the box apart, threw on new strings, tuned it and plugged it in. Absolutely amazing bass. I have never had a better first impression with a bass than I had with this one. The finish is absolutely amazing, and theres no tone that I can't get with this thing.
Nothing but Spectors for me anymore. Thank yall or curse y'all for turning me on to these lol. Cause I'm never going back.

Too late - I'm already in violation.
A few of my Rics are already gone - had to fund my NS4 somehow - and of my 10 basses, the Spectors are the only ones I've played consistantly for the past few years.
