Might need to make a locking nut, which would be cool as hell.

I installed a kahler on a bass....it does suck tone some but if you are using.g effects not so much and you can compensate. I never really had tuning issues but used graphite dust on the nut.......

Lol , its replacing my 40lb 1200w amp hopefully. Thing is light as a feather! 7 lbs maybe..... Should be interesting. Now I just gotta get the cable thing sorted out I think.
Sorry but I believe they're different basses. The one at Atlanta Bass Gallery has a stained neck back and headstock...this newer one has a naked neck.

Speaking of rarely spotted Spectors, while trolling around on the Spector site today, I got to wondering if anyone has seen (or actually owns) an NS-6 guitar from the Kramer era. While my days of locking Floyd Rose's are (thankfully) well-behind me now, I'd kind of like to have a look at some shots of one of these:

Well I know ice wasn't sold on the gk 1001rb and ampeg fridge combo, but I'm loving it! I do prefer the 700rb since I can drive it harder. But man it hits hard. Then again I play pretty aggressive. I go get my 700rb from the repair shop tomorrow. It's nice to have two sweet amps in my aresenal. I need to get to husky status with my amp collection and Lima status with my basses.
Really? That's a bummer!The one drawback I might see is it makes the control cavity a bit smaller so I don't think a 9v Haz will fit into my bolt-on

When you have that cable thing worked out, I wanna come sit on the cab. That'll be the real test, yanno? Are you taking this live on Saturday or gonna play with it in rehearsal a few times first?
