That really sucks! I just ordered a Wahoo pedal from MF and it took them a week just to ship it. I try not to use them and buy used. The pedal is fairly new to the market so I had to take advantage of the 15% deal and hope for the best.

Yeah those coupons are the only time I use them for anything, but it wasn't worth the hassle to let them try again.

I swear I must be destined to have a hard time getting an MB800. You guys might remember me getting the wrong thing shipped to me when I tried ordering one from Musicians's [del]Friend[/del] Enemy, and I just made them refund me and I held off.

Well I bought Lee's mint MB800 which he promptly shipped during the week. I could see it left the VA sort facility and everything. So I now I see today some mental giant at the VA facility decided to send it on the scenic route to San Jose, CA on its way to IL. Nice. No wonder they can't stay in business.

Holy cow I sent that thing priority mail! Unreal dude, you should've easily had that by now. 3 days max.

Jeff congrats on the new basses...I think you will certainly enjoy them.

I was on the road to Vegas, I picked up Chris Loe's SVT cab. It was a privilege to meet Andrea and I even played his NS-2 through the SVT Heritage stack.. I couldn't resist :bassist:

Just chillin for a bit at the hotel

One bass Early Euro, solid maple wings and other is CRFM also solid maple wings...both EMG pre-amps and old style brass bridge...both for $$1660...Holler at your boy!!:bassist::bassist::bassist:

That's called the Pimp/Godfather Special. Even got the seller who listed it on Beasgear.com to ship the CRFM and he refused to first.

So I had visit from John today and we both have some Surprise New Bass Day info.

It comes with a bit of a story.
Some of you may have seen on the Spector Facebook page.

PJ recently posted a Spalted Maple NS-2 #630. Those who are insane like me and follow the numbers, may have thought why is #630 being posted when they are up to over #800 in the NS-2/NS-4 series?

It is a 2008 model that was recently found in the back room of the Woodstock shop and PJ just so happened to mention to me that this mystery found the bass had a signed date of 10/15/08. My daughters birthday is October 15th.

So I told PJ I may be interested in the bass but I would have to sell my Forte to raise funds towards it.

The bass came with one more really big surprise, It was originally owned by Rex Brown as a sample for him to try out the Tone of the Spalted/Walnut tone.

So as of today deluccajohn2000 is the owner of Forte #35 and I a the owner of NS-2 #630, once owned by Rex Brown and it was singed on my daughters birthday.

A special thank you to PJ for setting up dealer to offer it to me at an affordable Sample/Demo price.

I had to take off the bridge to see it for myself. :hiding:

P.S, because of this sudden sale that I forced John into :ninja::hiding: His 2002 Euro4 and 2002 NS-JH5 will be listed for sale this week. PM me if interested.
They are both at my house now and I am giving them a set up.

While John was here I recorded his NS-4 #655 (once owned by Chris Loe)
to hear a comparison of the NS-4 with P/DC 18V USA Circuit vs, my NS-2's P/J's and J/J.
