Ya know, that grain doesn't look half bad. I'd go natural with gloss finish. IMHO

It will most definitely be worth your wait. There's nothing like the sound of an NS-4.

Thank you. The front is even nicer. Natural is probably going to be the color, after its all done. I'm a bit of nut about neck thickness. This Euro has a ultra thin C shaped neck. I'm sure quite a few of you would find it too thin.

Too true! I had a bass that color and it was, indeed, stunning.

Nice. Clear, with a bit of tint is where i´d go with this.

I think the orange would be pretty sweet as well and a good pairing with the cadillac green. Then again, it would be nice to show of that tasty, tasty grain...

I seen the three presets and think it would be great for switching, how is the tube sound? size?

I don't use it often because I use my b3k, but it definitely when dialed in with the other settings you can't tell its not a tubey goodness amp and if you crank it, it is very gritty. I'm very pleased and especially brand new they run at a pretty good price and they look really awesome in low light situations. Definitely worth a try .

Dave's salmon pink Kramer is now tobacco burst. I was devastated; I loved the pink and black!

+1 I have always wanted to see a really nice tobacco burst Spector, and when I saw Dave post these on FB, I quickly saved them as a reference if I ever get the opportunity to refin an NS-2!

Made a trip to G.C. yesterday and picked up a few packs of Pro Steals for the Rex. Ive been using DR Lo-Riders but $18 a pack is much better then $34 a pack. Also ordered the parts to convert it to 18V Now for more waiting.

hey Guys, I started tracking another one of my band's songs and I figured I'd record a test clip while I was at it. This is the legend classic 5, now strung with Prosteels, into my MXR DI and my new b3k. I'm pretty pleased with the results.

It's almost identical to The Black Pearl in the neck dimensions and feel.
I found it to be a very enjoyable play. And it's drop-dead beautiful. It grabs your eye when you walk into the room with it.

Yikes...Part 59. I am clearly neglecting the forum. I've been practicing a lot. Trying to focus on some basic theory. My concentration being almost non existent, it's a difficult task

Nevertheless, here are a few pictures from my last show with The Mighty One.
The Forte 4 bulldozed through the mix perfectly!! The sound guy said he's never heard a bass sound that good. I pointed at the headstock and simply said "It's a Spector".
