Anyone have a trim pot tonepump they would like to sell. I'm replacing my obp 2 in my forte 4 but kinda want to keep that in case if its ever sold I have the original electronics. Thanks Jody

After much thought today I decided to keep my NS 2 in Ultra Violet. I am finding that as I have gotten older that my left hand hasn't been liking the 35" scale 19 mm spacing combo. In practicing today it became more apparent to me after playing the NS 2
for a while then switching to my Modulus Q5 which is 35" scale and 19 mm spacing. The 34" scale on the NS 2 was much more comfortable. I had been
noticing this over the past couple months at gigs but just didn't want to
accept it. My old SSD 5's were 34" scale so I guess it's time to find a used
one like them or order a new one which they do make now. If anyone knows of a used one around let me know. So the violet beauty is staying home.

My new to me Carvin B1500 Bass amp arrived today...Plugged in the Coda 5XL DLX...Amazing to say the least! :cool: Jamie you are spot right on brother :D Takes my Coda to a whole new level of tone...clarity but gritty:bassist: And that's only thru my Ampeg B-15T...can only imagine what this would sound like thru something BIG :D

ahh man, The bass I bought on friday also shipped via usps.... I'm never getting my new basses!!!!

needless to say no bass today.

That amp is pure horsepower man....also it works well as a power amp if you wanted to run say a gk2001 rbp or ampeg svp through it with that pretty coda!

That should be a refund of shipping costs right there. Awful. It should be upgraded at the very least. I sure hope it's not on its way back to Alaska

USPS is seriously dropping the ball. I ordered an Orange Goblin, Eugoly for the fans artwork from Jimbob in the UK the first week in May. Still haven't got it. Also, ordered a Dunwich Amps shirt that was sent out and not deliverd yet also.

That is the concert from Mexico but he also has a Blu-Ray of his latest CD "The Raven That Refused to Sing" which is great also but the concert is simply amazing. They play the first few songs with a curtain in front of them which is so cool with the visuals going on. You will not be disappointed, especially of you like this song:

I'm a notoriously impatient receiver of basses,myself. While I generally support our postal workers, this is ridiculous!:scowl: Did it somehow go through Canada first?
I hope you get it VERY soon, and I must say your restraint is admirable.:bassist:

Comment regarding USPS Parcel Post.

As many of you know I am "shipping" insane.
checking tracking #'s (OCD)
venturing out to find the UPS guy etc...

I had a bass shipped to me once from Southern Mass via USPS Parcel Post.
Keep in mind Southern Mass to NYC would be 1 day via UPS or Fed Ex ground.

It took 8 business days for the bass to arrive to my local post office via the tracking number, even after that, I waited 2 days and it never came.

(Apparently, they just kept forgetting to give it to my mail delivery person.)

I eventually went to the post office and asked them to go in and find it for me. Luckily the lady at the post office was very cooperative and found it for me which took about 15 mins.

USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail for small items is great. Stay away from Parcel Post.

Many times the cost of Parcel Post for a large item is as much or even more then UPS or Fed Ex Ground.

Parcel Post tracking is also very unreliable (not real time)

You guys may want to even pay a visit to your main USPS facility in your area. It may be just sitting there a few miles from your house.

Good luck Donny!!

I am soooo frustrated, I love the D'Addario strings but they just won't fit in the bridge :( I'e crimped, hammered, done things I really shouldn't have but it will not go in.

Do I need to get a Badass bridge or something? I'm seriously considering it now. The Spector strings are OK but I want my D'addarios!!!
