I like it better than the gold, for sure! There must be a black hardware pic somewhere...

I was thinking if the black were like a gloss black that could be cool. I just don't know if I like matte black with the ebony. Unless the bass is a matte finish too, then that changes everything LOL.

OK guys, I've added the chrome bridge from Patrick's Blue Dream (thanks Patrick You're better at Photoshop than I am but I'm learning) so we see what chrome hardware looks like.

So... What say you?

I can't find a pic with a black bridge to nick so I'll just have to use my imagination.

As much as I like chrome I would have to go with gold

Yeah, a glossy black bridge would look badass on that. And matte matches matte just the same. I'm all for black, but that's cuz it's pretty much my favorite color hehe. My Euro is matte black with black hardware and no inlays, so it's pretty classy

Hey guys just wanted to mention, Divinity Compromised is coming south next month!

We'll be playing the Swamp Fox on Friday July 12th in Marion, NC and the Pathfinder Metal Fest in Marietta, GA on Saturday July 13th.

We're also firming up plans for a possible late August weekend pair of dates in Ohio and Pittsburgh. Trying to remember if we have any members in that area. If so come hang out!

Hey Fellers... I am looking at another Spector. It's incorrectly labeled I'm pretty sure. But its a 5 string Czech model. Serial number "CE 1325" printed inside the control cavity. Any ideas what this actually is?

Does it have the MOP inlays? Regular Spector headstock logo or SSD?

Edit: My guess is that Red NS5CRFM on ebay? I was gonna bid but he wont to ship to Canada. If so, good luck! Great price!

good score! we already talked about that bass last week. lol transition (99-00) ns5crfm. should be 34" but could be 35" possibly.

most likely emg BT pre as well, had the same bass in black. I miss the neck on that one.

BTW. I'm leaning black as well... Though the chrome certainly makes those frets pop.
