I love the gold on the ultraviolet and went with that for my build, but I've got a BEM board on it. I think it looks good against the pau ferro too. I only say chrome for the ebony since personally something seems "off" to me with the gold hardware against the black board, at least from the example pic. But it could also look stunning in person. Pics don't always do it justice.

OK, now (when I get home) I'll have to see if I can "graft" a chrome bridge onto the bass. Maybe I can steal it from Patrick's blue dream.

Anyone jumping on that Red Euro NS5CRFM on ebay? I decided the scale length isnt an issue for me and I'll pick it up even if it's only a 34" scale. I saw a member post a link several pages back and I wanna make sure I don't get in a bidding war with someone who had their eyes on it already!

Hey guys just wanted to mention, Divinity Compromised is coming south next month!

We'll be playing the Swamp Fox on Friday July 12th in Marion, NC and the Pathfinder Metal Fest in Marietta, GA on Saturday July 13th.

We're also firming up plans for a possible late August weekend pair of dates in Ohio and Pittsburgh. Trying to remember if we have any members in that area. If so come hang out!

Thanks buddy! Figured I'd post up and ask, but I think I'm gonna jump on it for that price, I think I'll bid until around 900, then I'll hold off for Bunks Euro 5 even if it's a little bit more. I've been looking for another Euro 5 for a while as I recently traded my Dingwall Combustion 5 for a new amp and have no backup to take to practice or shows anymore.

OK guys, I've added the chrome bridge from Patrick's Blue Dream (thanks Patrick You're better at Photoshop than I am but I'm learning) so we see what chrome hardware looks like.

So... What say you?

I can't find a pic with a black bridge to nick so I'll just have to use my imagination.

Sent the seller a message and he wont ship outside of the USA anyway. Yesterday I actually found a really nice Coda 5DLX for sale at a KILLER price. I might start looking into these basses. Ice seems to really love his.

Did you mean to say Euro 6? Just a little confused LOL sorry got like 5 irons in the fire today.

I will likely be selling a black cherry Euro 5LX soon, once I get the UV 5XL in.

Yeah the Coda is tempting for a change of pace. If I do one it will probably be the 5XL version.

Yeah I like that. The chrome is going to reflect the color of the body some so it'll have a UV'ish tint to it.

My bandmates were actually joking around saying I should pick up a sixer at practice but I just don't think I'd be comfortable on stage with one. I was talking about the Black Cherry you'll likely be selling once the 5XL comes in. I've been really tempted to just order my green custom for a LONG time but I know I have to be careful with money right now and that it's probably just not the best time for it.

The price on that Coda 5DLX was $1999, seems to be a great deal for the bass considering what they usually sell for, but then I'm getting close to the price on my Custom Rebop 5 so I'm really torn between what to do right now.

Gotcha. Couldn't remember when I mentioned 5LX. It'll be tough to give that up since it was my first Spector, but no point having it sit in a case not being used.
