I get the feeling something like this would be super pricey, though. It will be a few years before I could afford it, IF it's even doable.
I think the biggest obstacle here might be the bridge. I'm not sure I've ever seen a US bolt-on routed for the NS-style bridge. That doesn't mean it's not possible though. I've already seen a bolt-on with split P on a 5-string recently. Keep in mind the P pickups wind up below where the neck meets the body, so it wouldn't be in the typical P position you would see on a neck-thru. The P and J are closer together on the bolt-on.
