Thats too bad. Be nice to be able to blend a bit of the overdrive in. I'll never use 2 different channels so no reason to use the V12 over the 750

I did it twice already, it seems that guys are very busy, they used to give feedback much quicker before. PJ adviced to refer to all parts site. So I would, no problem, but I even don't know the specification or part#...
PJ is extra swamped right now due to prepping for Bass Player Live and the fact that he just took over web duties from Patrick...I sent him an email a few days ago and got a sort of copy and paste response saying that he'd get back to me as soon as possible, but was currently about 200 emails behind![]()

Patrick or Todd might be able to help you with this, Todd is at Guitar House of Tulsa and they have a webb site.
Still nobody knows anything about US Kramer era trussrod nuts? It turns out that noboby has ever replaced them but me?
A earlier post I stated that I talked to HAZ last week to order some parts and he said that they were close to catching up, BUT I talked to them about 6 or 7 months ago and he told me the same then also. With that I have been told that they are going to be pretty pricy in the range of $500 bucks.

I have some experience with the 400+ but its been a good 13 years since I played through. Never played through an all tube Ampeg. I definitely want rack mount though which the new Mesa arent.

Hey guys! here's a recording of me just jamming with my looper and my Spector Rebop, enjoy!!

Are you using Chrome? Sound Cloud doesn't play well with Sound Cloud.
I love how fast these threads move...stilling waiting to take a family photo until the arrival of a custom build and the new Aguilar HOT pickups for the '79 NS-2 I just picked up
A huge thanks to Patrick for his care and devotion in bringing the best basses in the world back to the center of the market, looking forward to hanging with him, Stuart and PJ at NAMM and scoffing at all the kids wank slapping on NS-2's that cost more than their cars...that's how I met Stuart after all![]()
The new Mesas are indeed rack mountable! I remember seeing a picture of a big name bass player (cant remember off the top of my head) using two of them in a rack case.
My main amp right now is my Mesa 400 (non plus) but I also have an Ampeg V4BH I've been using mostly for home practice. I really prefer the Mesa with Active basses but passives sound really great through the Ampeg. Either way I'm running a pile of pedals through both amps so I'm not really getting the amps tone, but I figured I'd chime in anyway.
I've been a huge Mesa fan for the past two years since I picked up a few cabs locally and can tell you that the Spector+Mesa combo sounds great!![]()
