It sounds like have of your p pickup got disconnected. Xheck all your solders also, something is wrong with wiring is my bet.

Good to here, hopefully he'll be able to replace or sleeve my rod with minimal fuss! I spoke with Jay the day I sent it off, seemed like a real nice guy, so I assume Phil has a similar demeanor.

You made my day! I just love how the grain cinches in at the waist. Very sexy indeed!
Snark blue works good or me in a practice setting. However in a band or rehearsal setting where there may be a lot of other noise around it may have problems. It reads vibration so if you're trying to tune while the drummer is wailing away it might not work well.
My advice, get one from GC for $25 and give it a try. If it works great, if not you have the choice to keep it in your gig bag for emergencies, or at home for practice or return it for a full refund.
I will say that since I got my first one a couple years ago I haven't even turned on my Korg rack tuner.
My problem with these vibration units is they also have a pickup that is very sensitive, I'm always in a live setting with shows, rehearsal, even practice at home has music playing! I'm stuck with my old stomp box tuner....

It's hard for us to say exactly what the fix is since we aren't there. Certainly sounds like worshiprocker says, half your p-pup is not getting out.
Inspect the signal path. Check all your wiring on the high end of your p-pup. Inspect your solder connections on both ends (pup and pre). Maybe even remove and re-solder.
I'm afraid that this will require investigation/troubleshooting on your part. I'm sure you'll figure out the problem and get that beautiful bass sounding even better than before.

I had this happen once and the connection on the pickup side was not tight (solderless set). sometimes wires get pulled out when we are trying move wires around in the control cavity.

I'm not using the solderless version unfortunately. Also, the pots don't seem to do anything control wise.

Confirming the transaction with the seller now, but the rex is ready to go to a new home January 4th (have a show on the third). I also still have the box it was shipped to me in and the HSC, so shipping it shouldn't be too bad.

Sounds like something is crossed, I would chase all the wires down making sure they are connected correctly checking everything to the diagram or contact Todd at the Guitar House (918) 835-6959 for direction. Like the guys said Lima can also provide assistance!
Did you try unscrewing the pickup from the pickup route? Check there because I had an old '80 EMG P pickup do that and the wires were starting to fray where the pickups connect to each other.
