I sent my euro 435 to the woodstock factory to have a truss rod nut and a full bass setup on it.Being fully prepared to pay for their time,my bill was ZERO dollars. But the coolest part of the whole situation was,i sent the bass up there without a case. When it came back to me,it was in a case.I then called them to explain their mistake and pay for the case(because i wanted one anyways) and after trying to get them to accept my payment for 45 minutes on the phone,my bill for the case was,ZERO dollars. You will never be able to convince me that there is another world known bass company that cares about the average joe like they do.

Wow, that is just incredible customer care! Stories like this and others that have shared not only does my soul good but reassures me Spector Bass Guitars is MORE than just a business selling guitars, but they REALLY care about the people they sell them to and to make sure that their customer has an excellent bass/guitar experience.

Here is a beauty we just received today. This was a custom order built for use in the Aguilar booth at Winter NAMM 2014 in Anaheim, CA. As most of you guys know, the Rebop MM is only available in trans. blue with an EMG MM style pickup. This one is trans. red with an Aguilar MM style pickup and Aguilar OBP-2 preamp. If you have any questions feel free to PM me or check it out on the Guitar House site at: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
Whoa!!! What a beauty! So glad all these new basses you're getting in Todd are 4 string models...it helps squelch the S.A.S...some:hiding::help::bassist:

Arrrrg - that red Euro MM is giving me major major GAS!

I just keep telling myself - there's no more room for another bass, no more room, no, none. Then I look at my practice space...

...and I mutter under my breath, dammit I'll make room!

Lol:cool: Very nice bass space and collection of basses & rigs. Love a great game of chess too. :D Hard to find worthy opponents.

I take it as they are offering more pickup options in the basses they produce. For the longest time they had EMG's in pretty much everything but now they are offering something different which I think is great.

+100%!!! :bassist: I've found with the Aggie pickups the modern tones still can be dialed in. Especially with the new SS hot pickups from what I'm hearing. Diversity of offering different brand of pickups/electronics to your customers is not only a great thing but also smart business.

Missing my new toy, funny how we get attached to these basses...Glad Jimmy is getting a chance to look it over for me!

That's pretty sweet!!!!

They really should offer that model in more than one color - I guess that they do it to keep the costs down like they do with the Forte? But how much does it really hit their bottom line to offer it (or the Forte) in an additional color or two? I think that would look so amazing in White. Or even a natural wood finish with that sexy maple neck!!!

I hear ya. As much as I love the company and the product I sometimes scratch my head at the marketing plan. The single color offer for the Euro MM has kept me from purchasing one to date, same goes for the amber burst only Spectorcore. I actually ended up buying a used green Spectorcore instead of a new one. On the bright side, the lack of options does help keep my GAS in check. :smug:

I just read about this when I got to work...TRAGIC!! When will people learn that being an ignorant, irresponsible drunk is NOT a good look for anyone! :scowl:

Never. You should see the praise the BC Government is getting for making liquor more accessible. Nobody bothered to stop & think about the ramifications of making it easier to get. They just argued that it's their choice if they want to drink & get drunk, not anyone else's...regardless of what the alcohol abuse & drunk driving rates are. *sigh*
