So, obviously, I bought it.
The wife and I have decided to name him Peanut Butter.
Also, I bought Swampy.

Yessir! I think I PM'd Eric about...6 minutes after the post hit the classifieds. Had to make sure the wife wouldn't kill me for buying two in the same week.
Bless her heart, she saw the photos, realized it was Swampy (which I'd shown her before) and asked me what I was waiting for ;-).

I have the mate to your peanut butter, your gonna love how this this thing plays! Mine has the non trim tone pump and is very bright sounding even with Elixier nanos on it. I'm considering putting La Bella white tapewounds on it to further tame he top end.

Well, I looked into it and where I can get the time off (and a blessing from my wife) for the Spector hang, the plane tickets would cost about $1,600 (not including my bass) plus it'd be a 21 hour trip each way, with a stop in London and Chicago, plus motel room fees. So unless we start a kickstarter to raise half the cash it looks like I might be outI was super excited about it too. Did not expect the tickets to be that much!
Just for my wife and I to fly from Michigan to Tulsa is $1200...so that's why we chose to drive. I know you can't drive from Norway though
I sure hope the funds come for you to attend.
The airlines & oil industry hose us every time.
+1! Driving will still cost us in the neighborhood of $550-700.00, depending on gas prices.
Crazy! And that's not including other expenses such as hotels, food, souvenirs etc...
