Really like the track
and I like the bass tone

I am one of these guys who puts the bass louder then usual in my mixes. (think Police songs)
Can you boost the bottom end a bit and keep the same volume or just boost the volume?
I would like to hear a comparison to this mix.

Are you are playing the guitar tracks on this also?

Here is the first mix i did. I lowered the bass from this one because i thought it might be a bit too loud. If this isn't what you mean i still need to do some work on it, and hopefully will get some time tonight to write more and record more with this.

Is Spector gonna be at Summer NAMM this year? I can't make it this year due to some shows in Louisville, but I will still be praying for some Spector porn from NAMM!

Hey fellow Spector players. I want to upgrade my pups and preamp in my NS4CrFm (p/j pickups). I've been looking at EMG X series. And the BQC preamp. I want to keep the Spector tone but have it be more versatile and get some vintage sounds too. The BQC preamp seams nice because of the stacked mids and bass/treble. I just don't know how the PJX Pickups would sound in a Spector. 18v is cool too. If anyone has dealt with these, please PM me.

I like this mix too. I listened to it on my laptop speakers and the China crash cymbal was really loud. Other than that, nice work!

happy day for me. i finally got that crappy jack out of my bass put in a switchcraft (even though i wanted neutrik). i have no buzz at all even on bad notes i have to try to make it buzz but even then its not bad.

they did the worst soldering job ive ever seen.

So before I spent 3 hours today playing my Spector getting ready to play a couple of shows this summer, I had to go to see if my blood has "rebuilt" after my last round of Chemo, like 3-4 weeks ago. It has been lagging behind, but I'm glad to report my blood is fully rebuilt from the last Chemo, my leukemia is in remission, and I kind of have the summer "off", until I start the Maintenance drugs this fall.

Maybe I should strap my Spector high on my chest so the upper horn touches my shoulder...so it'll heal faster. Now I'm awaiting for the MRI results for my neck... /: last week Dr. said that X-rays showed two neck vertebras might have fused together, 2/3, causing the pinched nerve symptoms in my left arm/hand.

I know that feeling all too well. At least the going into remission part. I imagine you and I were on very different types of chemo considering the very different types of cancer.

It's true, Spectors do have healing power..... JPS, Me and now chrisloe.

Maybe I should strap my Spector high on my chest so the upper horn touches my shoulder...so it'll heal faster. Icebox, I also hurt my left shoulder. Separated it in a motorcycle wreck. It's finally holding together and I can keep the bass strapped on for a whole gig at this point. Yay. Oh, I also have a T-1 fracture and busted my left wrist. So now my wrist has a bonegraft and a screw holding together.
