Does anyone know what size the pegholes are on the made in China CVs? Looking to put some Ultralites on a Matt Freeman P, and not sure whether I need 16mm or 17mm pegs.
18mm
Brilliant, thanks - 17mm & a bit of aluminium tape seems the way to go, then
Anyone looking to sell a Fiesta Red 60's Precision? I just missed the last couple on the forum, and am really hoping to find this specific combo.
The discontinued china CV bass will raise popular search targets.
I am the one, radar on 1st Gen lake placid blue CV50P and the JJ SIG jazz bass.
If anyone is looking to part with one of their CV 60s in Fiesta red, please PM me. Looking to get into a P to compliment my J...Thanks-I have a "want ad" posted as well.
Nice! Is that yours? These are pretty rare to find and they do not pop up in sales quite often... The CV 60s Jazz are easier to find... but as easy to find as that one, though:

Yeah I saw that...That price is way too high but I guess it cant hurt to offer eitherI looked for a while unsuccessfully, and gave up when I found something else. There's currently a Fiesta Red loaded body on Reverb, though.

Found this unused 2013 CV a few weeks ago. Having a lot of fun playing it.

The bridge cover is comes installed as standard. It got the way of palm-muting so I took it off and just re-installed the screws in the same holes.Looking at the CV 70s P, black & maple, bound & blocked model - is the bridge cover installed as standard, or do you need to put it on yourself?
Haven't seen one in the wild, not sure I'd want it on, as I often pick quite close to the bridge. Are the screw holes already there? Minor aesthetic thing, but I'd be ordering unseen and would like to know.
