It is, and I assembled it myself because the neck came without any hole drilled. Unused. Factory QC didn't pass. Because of aesthetics. I'm fine with some dings as long as the geometry is alright !
I looked for a while unsuccessfully, and gave up when I found something else. There's currently a Fiesta Red loaded body on Reverb, though.

And the neck is the best part of the previous CV models... awesome finish, vintage frets, soft lacquer that does not get sticky (as long as you treat it well). You gotta find these neck more than the bodies. Sometimes Affinity bodies can be alder (like mine, from 2013)... that was a perfect match with a 2012 CV Precision Bass neck because that's exactly what you'd get in the 60s.
Looking at the CV 70s P, black & maple, bound & blocked model - is the bridge cover installed as standard, or do you need to put it on yourself?
Haven't seen one in the wild, not sure I'd want it on, as I often pick quite close to the bridge. Are the screw holes already there? Minor aesthetic thing, but I'd be ordering unseen and would like to know.

Found this unused 2013 CV a few weeks ago. Having a lot of fun playing it.

The bridge cover is comes installed as standard. It got the way of palm-muting so I took it off and just re-installed the screws in the same holes.
