I made the fretless six before I had the squire but the white p has the 3/8 clovers. The hipshot guys are cool, call or email [email protected].. he'll tell you..... but I'm pretty sure it's going to be the 3/8 for the squire and here's a hint: The licensed version is slightly lighter if you're concerned about that. This is because they're non reversible. Being reversible adds a little bit of extra weight but it's pretty miniscule.
That white p bass is so nice. I have an Ibanez sr500 that came fretless (a version of the mahogany sr500 they don’t make anymore) thought about maybe eventually converting this squier to one as well but that might be something for a few years down the road and have gotten some good playtime on it fretted.
Do you happen to know if the full size clovers will fit the headstock? They currently look to be mini clovers stock.
