Well, I wouldn't be too excited about it. On the one hand, it is something to hit and have fun. But on the other hand, more entry level drums with the wrap coming off. I am a big fan of, at the very least, very functional hardware. That hardware looks a bit rough. Cymbols are entry level.
I would pass.
If I had to start to build a new kit, I would look for either am older Tama or Ludwig (classic series) drums. Then I would build out from there. If you buy decent gear and end up not digging it, you can turn around and sell it for not much of a loss. On the other hand anything is better than nothing.
