Being out of town with everything for like 4 days then trying to catch up on April 1st is turning out horribly for me

My buddy has a nice older Carvin LB series, passive jazz bass pup config. The pickups pound, and the build quality is very nice, and it is a natural finish that is real pretty. Has the cheesy Hair Metal headstock though, only bummer about it. I would imagine their sixers would be real nice after playing that LB

Just finished the first season...

the 2005 reboot/continuation with the 9th doctor?

It's a good season, some of the production (read all) values are pretty crappy looking, but it just gets better and better.

David Tennant is amazing, he really comes into his stride in the 3rd season, and just continuously gets better and better from there.

No, no don't spoil, I am limited to netflix and hulu, so I live like 2 years behind everyone in the real world, lol, I have only seen two seasons of the Walking Dead, and like the first disc of GOT.

I heard people like the carvin 5's better then the 4's in that SB series.

Keep in mind the players that Carvin normally attracts though. The slapper, popper, P&W crowd. To those guys, the 5 is way better than the 4. And they rave about it on the SB4000/5000 roll call. And if you like that "modern" feel in a 4 string, go for the B series bass, B40.
