Yeah, I'd probably just case the Ric if I didn't have a few major things to pay off, one being the EGC I ordered a couple weeks ago haha.

Also, stripped a bunch I scrap wire yesterday. I'm hoping getting it all done & cashed out will get me closer to buying your ric

So, I'm beginning to feel like I'm getting Laz'd by Heavy Electronics. :eyebrow:I sent my pedal to them March 13th, they received it March 18th. Sent a few emails after it was confirmed that they had it on what the status was...nothing.

Talked to them again last week (on the phone..the only way I've been able to get ahold of them) and was told it was patched up and would be shipped out within the next couple days and would be sent a tracking number. Again, nothing.

Sent another email on Monday and was sent a tracking number, but it's been two days and there has been no activity on the number I was given.

Sooo yeah....I have been nothing but kind in my inquiries about the whole thing, but I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever see this pedal again. Am I being too quick to judge here?:hmm:

I wonder if they are one of those places that prints their own shipping labels, but only does drop off at the post office on certain days, which sucks. But I would think a pedal is like a tool, you need it repaired because you use it often so it should be fixed quickly and returned quickly. But at this point it still sounds like lazyness more than screwing you over.

I had one, they are big, my family thought it was ugly but I thought it had a cool retro vibe to it, you will want to build a strap to keep the neck in place, they can kind of move in there. I had my Gibby Victory Artist in it, which is heavy to begin with and that case wasn't too light weight either. If I had another bass with big dimensions I would get another.

I'm gonna try to snipe one of the plastic Ric cases on eBay I think. Pick of the Ric charges like $220 for a new one of those, I can't imagine my local Ric dealer sells them for much less. If I can't get a good deal on one I don't want one at all, considering the EGC will likely become gigging bass #1.
