recoup some losses, maybe help a friend who needs a pedal. I have a Ge FF im trying to sell, an old build for a few bucks. Probably sell off the octave pedal soon, then the delay/comp if someone wants a basic delay setup

FF any good with bass?

And not a big delay guy, but does a comp help improve a delay or did you just want two pedals in one space?

I always wanted to cover the firefly theme song.

Well seeing as you do some great recordings, I trust your ear.

Also for this tube emulation cheap thing, is there a certain tube tone your looking for? If you say SVT, I got my VT for $40, so it would work.

Also is the rockband USB mic any good at recording? I found one at Good will by the pound the other week.

Thats what I used for that tidal track with the didgeridoo on my soundcloud. They're actually decent Logitech mics, in a cheaper case IIRC.

Sweet, that sounded pretty neat btw. Got my mic for like fiddy cent. what kind of mic placement and recording interface did you use?

To all of you, Good Will by the pound is amazing. I've found such crazy stuff there. It's thrifting Mad Max style. giant heaps of crap thrown into a room and everyone rushes it and it's only $1.39 per pound, anything over 7 is like $6.

I've gotten guitars, drum bits, keyboards, a wah pedal.

Tons of Vinyl and books and other crap.

I'd imagine pawn shops in the austinarea to be pretty nice, but overpriced. Does that sound about right? I'll probably be looking for a case of some sort soon, so I'll be hitting Goodwill, Salvation Army, and another local thrift store here called Arc.

I'll get the El Oso settings this Friday. I forgot on Saturday, too hectic. Had to leave to make a picture shoot for family pics and completely forgot. Sorry.

Hell yeah, American Music is great. Last time I was up that way I hit Donn Bennett Drum Studio in Bellevue and American on the way back down. Spent a nice chunk of change that day...but it was all drum related. I wanna go back soon and give more attention to their bass section. Never heard of Bass Northwest. I'll have to check it out sometime.

Most are overpriced, but I don't blame them, it's their job.

9/10 pawn shops here are power tools and have like a Boss DS-1 and 5 squiers and a few no name brand stuffs. All of this is priced above new price, but talk serious gear talk and they realize they usually fold. My bronco was $150 and I said it was like a new price and he walked away and came back saying he'd do $90 cash Got it halloween last year.

The Best pawn shops I've found are one off Barton Springs, and one grey barn looking one off Runberg across from Planet K (the Headshop).

They really mostly just have music gear, and it's great prices and so far, I've never had to haggle as they lowered the price when I said I wanted it. My bad monkey was $27.99 and he said got a $20? They both have tons of amps, cabs, pedals, guitars and basses and they don't care if you play loud.

The descriptions were mainly for maximus, but if you're in town now you know.

What's funny is I noticed any pawn shop advertising amazing sales and prices on gear, have the worst selection and worst prices. I don't do lay away though, so it never appealed.

Yeah, mostly tools and flatscreens at the pawn shops. The ones off S. Lamar and S. Congress have some music stuff.
My friend works at a pawn shop. I could get really good deals, if I ever have money and check out their inventory. Last time I was there they had a decent Epi Sheraton.

I'm close to Rundberg, I'll have to check that one out.
