Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread Part 28: Chicken Pot Pie

Once, in a record store in Santa Cruz, I saw a band's EP that was a DAT shrink wrapped in a baby shoe. When I say "once", I mean it was on a shelf for sale for 5 years.

I could see sending those custom wood boxes with nice press kits to a few major labels (if your band gets to that point), but why be so hipster on your packaging that no one can even listen to it? I mean, c'mon... a floppy disk? Why don't we just go back to 8-tracks?

For my next release I'm doing a cover of Lynyrd Skynyrd's "That Smell". It's going to consist solely of me writing the lyrics on a piece of paper, putting it into a mason jar, farting in said mason jar, sealing it quickly and throwing it into the ocean.
