A guy recommended the band Highkicks in the recording forum. Very cool. I think some of you might dig it. Bass only, no guitar. Lots of fuzz. Check em out on bandcamp.

Got about 4 inches of snow yesterday, roads were still a little slick this morning but nothing too bad.
Guitar player got a killer deal on a Peavey ValveKing 100 from GC/MF yesterday. Sold below cost, which seems to be GC's business model these days.
So he should be getting that in the mail some time this week. I think the plan is TightMetal > Clean channel, but we'll see. Either way it should sound good.
I'm still very far away from being able to afford a tube head, so I think I'll stick with the Hartke for a while. It ain't broke, so I'm not fixing it.
