What it is doomers. Been a minute. Life got busy. Good to see Sartori back. Kudos to whoever summoned him. Seems like the passed two weeks were nothing but working and being sick.

Did my taxes and saw i made almost 20k in overtime this year. I've decided to celebrate by picking up a Meatsmoke. Earned dem tubez! This is my favorite time of year around here. Seems like new year starts flowing in.

Thoughts on volume pedals? I have been thinking about picking one up but not sure if I would actually use one.

Dunwich general updates: We are currently building the 4 main units (CF, VT, WF, HM2) to stock up. Once they are complete they will go up for sale. Not sure on total numbers but more than last time for each pedal. Currently delayed by the enclosure guy who is dragging ass

Once those begin selling we will move ODB, DA120OD, and FT into production along a similar path. Still gathering art and overall designs for these units. ODB and FT are designed and tested, 100% a go. DA120OD I am finally getting together for my last prototype.

The DA120 OD will now have a clean-ish blend, the signal will go Input - JFET gain stage to op amp mixer for the blend so it should have a bit of EQ'ing and smidge of coloration from the JFET stage before being mixed into the heavy distortion/overdrive tone from the main circuit.

Was VT/ODB combo in a WF-sized box just a rumor?

Grungy, doomy, trippy. Excellent stuff. Has to be in my top 10 for 2014.

i think i do really want a Volt Thrower.. if i don't spend all my money on sensible things like molded earplugs. and tattoos. poopie.

Yeah i was gonna put in my down payment on the meatsmoke last week but the misses car had to get a valve job. $1400 later... stupid adult responsibilities. I guess i could've told her to kick rocks and got a started girlfriend for cheaper but I'm loyal.

got a set of moulded plugs a few months ago with -15db filters. wish i would have got them 10 years ago.

NPD! Malekko Wolftone Unity. Bass is pulled apart to redo the wiring this weekend so only got to play it on guitar but pretty FN cool. Like a fuzz without octave flavor and has a knob for full out splatter velcro or no velcro at all. Has some good low end so I think it will play nice with bass too. Pretty heavy but need to get it in my chain to boost it and so how heavy it will go. I could play three and four note chords with it too which was trippy. I got a lucky trade as this trade came from the only guy showing interest in that EWS Fuzzy Drive I thought I was going to be stuck with.

I have never used one, but I see a lot of volume pedal jrs on pedal boards.

Probably a down the road project but yes they are now "companion" pedals of sorts.
