Morning dudes. Its been a long night; these massive orders feel a lot like I imagine a 30+person gangbang would. I am starting to get sick again. I came home yesterday and made it 20 minutes through an episode of Spartacus before I started passing out into my waffles. Proceeded to literally sleep until I had to shower and leave for work at 10. I felt like hell all day today and had to deal with a mexican being a cry baby because he feels like he works faster than some of the other guys. Buncha drama and bullsh. But as hefe thats what I get to deal with. Valley has a show this saturday, probably the biggest show we have played since I joined. No touring bands, just four local outfits, but it is sponsored by a local brewery and will also have Strange Donuts (local late night donut place) and a street food food truck in attendance for the celebration of the venues 6th anniversary. We are closing the night and I am pumped.
This is my go to cat call, "Aye girl, you cook?" Trust me... works like a charm.
All forearm, but not from baking. In all reality we have machines that do 90% of the shaping that my product responsibilities require. However, lifting hundreds of sheet pans, hundreds of full bread trays and hundreds of pounds of flour, sugar, oil, etc. has made my back incredibly strong. My back makes it look like I actually work out, a lot.
I am very quick with a knife and can deal with the pain of heat and chemical burns like a champion as well. Those are my backup pickup lines.
Congrats buddy! Glad to see the job market opened up for you in a way that allows you to justify the expense of your education!
Also truth to the second part. I ain't loaning shite to a random guy. Last time I loaned an amp to a friend, he was supposed to have it for a week. I got it back two and a half months later after relatively frequent badgering.
And she doesn't even know you can cook.

You want to improve your forearm strength past what bass playing will do? Shuck oysters, and sling heavy saute pans for a couple hours every day. Or roll bread. @TurkeypillSLEEP is probably all forearm....

Woop woop filled out the w9 in the interview, I am employed as a marketing analyst! Doing what I actually majored in exciting!
You can't afford an amp you probably can't afford life, or maintain one. Proceed with caution, especially loaning stuff to him. I wouldn't let him take it home.
