Housing is cheap in IA, I've owned my own casa since 2008. I don't like the idea of paying rent, but that's just my $0.02.

There is a Kiln Creek shopping center there now that is always on the radio. Oh there are nice sections don't get me wrong. I just hate the traffic there so much I tend to avoid to Newport News, Hampton, VA Beach, etc. Williamsburg is pretty nice and parts of Yorktown. I usually go to Richmond instead for shopping, not that it is any better but you don't have to deal with all the bridges slowing and bottlenecking the traffic. I guess I just miss living in PA and Florida where you could be in the city then out of it pretty quick. You got to really do some heavy traffic time to get in and out Newport News, etc.
Once he goes toob, those tuxes are gonna hit the secondary market. Can't wait to get my mitts on a second Vulcan (& footswitch!)
I own my house, but mostly wish I didn't. Purchased like 8 years ago, then immediately lost like $30k in value when everything went kaputz. Now I'm stuck until home values get back to where they should be. The nice thing about owning a home is that I can do whatever I want. The not so nice thing is that everything will break and it will be expensive.
I don't plan on living in this house for 30 years (at which point my modest lil' house would need to be valued at like $400k for me to break even over the life of it) but if I can put some $$ into it, I might be able to get it to be worth what it should.
Got divorced last year and had to take over the mortgage AND pay child support - I"m a broke mother shager now and can't get out it easily. I also have kids so getting a roomy might be a little weird

Yeah I hate paying rent too and love the privacy of home owning. I hate the higher utility bills and having to fix crap too. I just wish I didn't jump the gun and buy a house in an area and a job I am not so sure of, but then again maybe I will always be here so the foreclosed house I bought I guess was a smart move but sometimes it still feels like a noose around your neck when I see cool and better paying job opportunities in my field but in other states. I guess I could always rent if it didn't sell fast but someone would probably rent it and turn it into a crack house like happened to a co-worker I knew in PA (RIP) while I am across the country in some new job LOL.
The VT bass is all analog, same with all Sansamp products.
Rockmaster or roadmaster do 2 ohms too. No phaser or teverb on the rockmaster though.
Weird you should quote that to ask. I emailed the guy three times. He finally replied to say he won't talk to me unless I give him my name and number as specified in the ad...Thing is I have my name and number in my email and added it too? So he's a Texas sized douche or just stuck with a Rhode Island sized brain.
Checking craigslist just now and its gone, but I think it's being flipped for $400 based on an ad that I never saw before yet it's 11 days old? Oh well, I still got more gear than I realistically need. Still could of flipped though...
So at night I feel kinda worried if I'm being to loud when I practice. I just use the peavey musician into the bassic. Problem is at low volume it's not articulate at all. Practice amps suck too for this. Is there any head that sounds clear and defined at all volumes?

Yup, but I have no foundation nor do I have insulation. My rental house is very old.
Point it at your face. If your hearing it off-axis you are losing high mid and treble somewhat.
Either put it up on another cabinet or chair or angle the speaker grill at your earholes.
