Noooo she's already a hit with the ladies and a guy bought me a beer for being a new dad!
She's loving strangers. And I have two puppy play dates with ladies lined up.
Babies and puppies are surefire ways to draw tail.
So far she just lays out inside, outside once she accepted the leash is law we ran around and took a dump.
I got a massive cage for her little self too. Off craigslist! Half the cost of the petsmart one and brand new. So she's got yard life, house life and her cave.
Clearly you're aware of this, but you have an AWESOME grandpa.
In unrelated news, I spent the better part of the night playing board games and listening to Johnny Cash. Makes me want to really fuzz up some old Cash songs...
My record player died. I wonder if it's the needle.
It's automatic and when I turn it on. Needle skips across the record and resets and turns itself off.

Two guitar players showed up to jam tonight and it went pretty damn well. Nice guys, good gear, they can play and have lots of ideas. Got one song down and did a couple of jams that sounded really good for a first band practice. One in drop A that sounded like Floor fighting Melvins at their most sludgy. The 2-PRO just sounds heavy as shag, it LOVES the Palmer Bazz. Far and away the fullest, dirtiest, heaviest, eyeball-juice-vibrating bass tone I've ever had. I can't believe that more people arent talking about the drive on that amp. I run it dirty, with the fuzz set very low on the Bazz and it's magical. Other dirt pedal just ok, but not as good.
All tube amps in the room, one guy had a HSS strat into a JCM800 half stack with a multi fx unit. Second guy had a Gibson Explorer into Hovercraft something or other with a Mesa cab and a serious pedal board with a vintage big box Rat, some strymon, earthquaker and a couple i didn't recognize

So, lots of change up in PVYHenge lately...
MACE IN DA FACE. BASS THRU THE MACE. Definitely not anything like my SS Peaveys, higher gain, more distortion like. Decently loud, not OMG LOUD, but its really not that big of a tube amp to push the lows loadly. Tried it through my 218, way too much treble but plenty of bass on tap, its a guitar head after all. Swapped over to the much darker 810, purrrrfect. Dos punchy low mids. Pushed it with the Lucifuzz, thick and fuzzy, both settings are actually useable now. Phaser is amazeballs.
The new DOD Bifet pre works great, boosts the signal and brings the lows while keeping the tone and grit from the 250. Together they push my 800 Booster perfectly. DOD pres > PVY power FTW!!! It takes up way less space than my Dunwich pre, definitely doesnt have as many EQing possibilities with only a single tone knob, but Ill gladly sacrifice some of that for the space.
My Tuxedo Bass is now pushing my 218, its running as an always clean...for now. Im sure I can find something to go there.
My tone overall is much different than ever before, much more articulate and defined, not muddy or murky at all. GH drummer told me its the best Ive ever sounded. Im starting to agree.
This is all for full PVYHenge, the VEGA rig still needs some thinking through...Im thinking Mace will go through the 1820 and then the Muff+Verb into the Tuxedo Bass through the 218. Muff and Lucifuzz may switch signal chains aswell, need to try that out.

Check the balance of the tone arm, and if there's something that applies force inward. I'm not a turntable expert, but that may be a problem you can fix with configuration.
