I'm adamant about not being the sole poop-retriever though. I somehow got saddled with sole litter box duty and the last thing I need is more shlt to do.

This is why i won't cohabitate with cats. I dig cats...i love other people's cats, but i won't hsve one again. My family conned me into getting another one a while back and my sole requirement was that i don't do the litter box. Done with that.

You guessed it...this guy right here lucked into being on poop duty almost exclusively for 9 months.

Don't wanna live with a creature that ***** in a box in my house. Less so if i have to clean up after it.

Seems pretty high for that. $300 would seem more right. Prolly a solid bass but I bet the guts sound terrible.

Mockingbird bodies are effin gorgeous. But for me that particular one is a little blingy. Plus I don't like actives.

For you it may be perfect though. Still hot. It's a Mockingbird.

Started using DR SS Lo Riders and they just might be my all time favorite round wound string. Really punchy and thick. Running the 45-105 on my Dingwall Super J and gonna order some 50-110 for my 35" scale Drake

I only ever hear good things about the deluxe, and have never heard that criticism, so I assume so. Still doesn't sound incredibly muffy though.

Anyone kinda like a bit of low end loss sometimes? More so with VEGA, but I kinda like dubby booming lows for cleans and then a little less for the fuzz tones so it meshes with guitar more for a mono riff sound, theres still plenty of bass to be destructive and heard but its not dubby sublows anymore.

Except BRING ALL THE LOWEND for GH, havent even been able to try the Megalth with PVYHenge yet...cant wait for that.

Should be moving back in tomorrow night after we finish painting one wall. Dont know how much well play though.

I've always liked the way that hardcore punk bassists will use something like a Rat pedal or a guitar type OD to get a really raspy sound that cuts straight through.

I used to have one, and I don't remember any unity gain issues. But again, it's not the best muff out there by a long shot. And I found the filter function nearly useless. I'd go another route personally.

I went through an actives phase. Waste of time and money for me. In my hands they always sound sterile. Never again.

But you could always yank the active guts and slap passive replacement pups in there...

I'd love to have a passive Mockingbird in that dark walnut finish.
