Yeah but be on puke warning, lost two Akai Headrush pedals due to one of my dogs pretending to be a vulture.
Took her for a walk and jog hopefully to shake her up and digest or get it out. Took all soft and plush things from her crate. Some cold water and rubber toys. I'll see how she is when I get back from the dentist.

Wondering if it cuts bass too much for bass use.
I bet even if it had a very strong hi pass it would still sound good. But I used the Ormat side of the pre for mid cut n grind.
Though as cool as that pedal is, If it isn't Ormat or like the newer FMV is it even really an orange? Looks more like an SVT pre than the sansamp.

Even if it high passed at 50hz it would be fine for most, The real question is where that low tone control's heal is set at.
I hope to get a cheap drum machine again. I use them for writing sometimes and have in the past for some recording projects.
Nothing like real drums played by a real drummer, but since that's outta the pic until I can scare up an amp maybe I can do some more home recording in a poppier style or something.
The one thing I DO have is a couple of multitrack recorders.
I am wiped after this weekend. Too much whiskey.

Fun show with some locals and Brothers of a Sonic Cloth this past weekend. More sound issues and the sound guy didn't seem to get that, when I say I want SHJT loads of guitar in my monitor that it means I want my face being melted. That's the 2nd time we've played this venue (absolutely awesome venue, btw) and we've had hearing issues.
Brothers of a Sonic Cloth were pretty dope. They did a an almost 3 song soundcheck, though, so when they got on for their actual show I felt like I had already just seen them a half hour prev. Lol. I guess that kinda sound check is necessary when you have a billion cabs and camps on stage

Crossover fried in my 1820 cab at prac last night, but thing is...I dont miss those 10s too much, had to plug into the just 18, sounded massive.
So who here thinks I should stuff my 800 Booster amp into the area the 10s were? I will need to trim about an inch off of the face and back of the booster to fit it but then ill have a space saving cube of DOOM.

Seriously though... why not? Is that 800 Booster the type of old Peavey that has the preamp circuitry bolted to the front panel, the power amp circuitry on the back panel, and just a wire harness between? Maybe you could just get some sheet metal the right size, and drill some holes, and there you go? Then you wouldn't have to hack up your valuable Wealth Building Investment Portfolio.
Don't know if anyone remembers the Sunn cabinet I asked about a while back. It looked like an 18" to me, but I basically confirmed with the group that there's no such thing. So I ordered and received a new BW 15" to replace with. last night I finally got around to spinning the nuts to get the dead driver out...

... and it's an 18". The cabinet has been hacked, and the baffle hole cut bigger to accommodate an 18" driver.
Not sure what to do at this point.

Can you remove the grill, punt out the baffle and put a new one in?

Hot hot! Love the satin sort of matte finish. Don't see that often enough IMO.

Yeah, black on black with maple is hard to beat. That old SX P copy with maple neck I have, trying to decide between a b/w/b or red tort guard. Probably go with a cream pup cover too.
