Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

not quite the same level of intimidation some of you have going on, but it gets more than loud enough to get evicted

Looks like a nice rig to me.

I got nothing, but last night I sold an old beater Jeep we had. And even better two new strains of kava came in the mail. The jeep wrenching and sales was a buzzkill but this morning I slapped down 10 ounces of Kalm with Kava Figi Loa Waka for breakfast and oh Nellie the drive to work was euphoric and now I have settled into a nice mellow but not sedated work day. Man I like this strain.
Been missing buying and selling pedals now my GAS has been mostly satiated. I have been looking for some flippers just to get back in the game a little but man it is sure hard to find flippers these days.

I have a Dimarzio Model P. Might be a while till I need it so if you got a need let me know.

Oh...I love those, but they are more $$$ than I can swing. I couldn't remember what you said you had. If they have plenty of leads left, if I were you I'd probably ask $80-90 at least for those (if you ever felt the desire to sell them.) Aren't they like $150 new?

Bass Parts Resource sells the same pups used in the Squier CV models for under $40. I may just get one of those. I already have an SD Quarter Pounder and a pickup from an old CIJ Fender P...just not sure what to put where...I am gonna end up with three P basses. I was thinking about swapping the stock pickup out in the Lotus, but I'm not sure yet. Some of those old Lotus and Hondo instruments came with Dimarzio pickups or something based precisely on them, but I don't think mine has that.

Then I need one for the SX I am putting back together and probably one for the Affinity I have in layaway with the amp.

I have to say though, I was quite surprised at how good that Affinity sounded through the amp I'm buying, at least at low volume. It's hard not to fiddle around with stuff when you enjoy fiddling as much as I do.

Not pricey, I think I saw one listed new for $69. I think I got $45 locked up in it.

Tell the people inquiring. You're not then and explain the other bands lack of integrity and why they shouldn't book them.

Then screen shot and share with said other still valley
I'm not good at staying nice. This. What I wrote. And it was way worse before I sent it. I read it like 4 times. I am trying to stay nice.
