Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

not quite the same level of intimidation some of you have going on, but it gets more than loud enough to get evicted

Looks killer to me! And I've long lusted after a VM P bass in that amber finish...

Your photography is very high quality, but your sculptures and especially your graphite on paper works are phenomenal. Really blows my mind.

JoeVictim - post lots of videos of you guys, write or have written some live reviews and post those - basically the more unique content that you post about the band the higher up you'll rank on Google organic search results. So spam the interwebs with Still Valley content and you'll push that other band down into the weeds.

This definitely works. Every release we do for Mental Waste I send submissions (or just a friendly email) to blogs, so we have had plenty of reviews and even though we don't have a FB page, we're still the top result when you search that phrase. When we started up through after our demo was released it was all weird self help results.

...hoping to get out to joshua tree...

I love it out there. Years back I was out there with my wife and another couple. One of the other pair was really into photography and we shot a bunch of pics of us parodying the U2 album cover of Joshua Tree. I even had a hat like The Edge. They came out hilarious. My wife played the part of Bono.

I don't have copies of the photos anymore and we've long since lost touch with that couple.

that sounds awesome, next time you go out there you can stay at the harmony hotel where they wrote joshua tree

Alright gear advice. I got my carvin dcm3800l hooked up to the mostly harmless. I really underestimated how loud this power amp would get. Evenjoy run in stereo. Im wanting to find a way to split my signal at the start of my pedal board so that I can run different effects per side. What do you guys use to split signals?
