As if, I stole a u-haul picked up a bunch of migrant laborers at the local trabajo spot and enlisted them in fortifying a Home Depot in return for full citizenship in the newly founded sovereign warlord state of askrere. Got a temp job at a cardboard box factory. It's kicking my ass.
Just got asked to open Crobot/Mothership gig. Also got told by a dude that works at the local big venue that we are the best band in town right now. I'm feeling on cloud nine. Stroking that ego pretty damn hard right now. It's been a long road, but we are here. Guitar player is starting to build speaker cabs now too. Might see about finally having all matching poopie

Have you considered moonlighting as a real estate agent selling some of those portable prefab box homes to the homeless?
I did a quick demo with the Boss ODB-3 on bass. Played my P bass into that and my Ibanez ST50 guitar into a DOD 150 for one side and Joyo Ultimate Drive for the other. Kind of a noise rockish kind of riff, seemed to fit the vibe of the bass tone.
