Wrenched my ass off all night on some friends basses and did a pickup swap on one of my own. I love nothing more then wrenching on basses late at night when I don't work Saturdays.

It's $200 Obo. Just read this isn't the loudest/most efficient of Sunn, dunno if I want to wrestle it home if it won't flip as I sure wouldn't need it.
I need to do some bass work. Taking the blue voodoo, bxr and silvertone amps to Austin to work on some and show my dad the tube tester I'm taking care of.
Sorry to keep posting but one last post before I head out on the road.
I'm bring the 4x12 back with me to Austin to wire up and test these heads.
I plan on only using this 4x12 with guitar to bass vi level frequencies.
. Add padding to the interior walls like a bass cab? Will that help the bass but take away from the normal guitar tone?
.Not now unless there's some in the Austin classified at a increda price but for later, what's a decent 12" that's cheap if these aren't ok? MCM models, stick to higher wattage standard guitar speaker?
. Anyone ever "detune" (remove speakers from) a cab? Any good explanation of the reasoning/science there? Probably wouldn't do it to mine unless recommended, but a broke friend and me were thinking of fixing up one of his cabs that way.

We make shipping boxes only for the other boxes we make. The last two days we were mostly making boxes for See's Candies, and shipping them to their factory.
All Sunn is the good Sunn.
Though personally I prefer the cabs of slightly earlier, the 200S and 2000S type.
...and new car stereo is installed. I picked a hot, muggy, rainy day to do it, but It's done. I'm liking having the USB jack - got an 8gb card full of music on shuffle. Going to fill up a couple more and just keep them in the glove box. Riff Reaper rager in a few hours, should be a good one!
Yeah. The factory I work at is currently making the boxes that eventually the candy that gets bought around the holiday season will get put in. The actual candy itself will probably get made a few months from now.
Been selling mostly through Faceboog groups lately, some TB & Reverb. A little EvilBay. Reverb usually gets me the best prices.

Wow, that bass tone could be the eviler twin to my Chinabacker > Sheehan OD. Muy bueno.
Yeah - no mids control, just a stacked Hi/Lo. Don't recall it being super scooped sounding though.
Man the new car stereo is a big improvement, it wasn't even that expensive. Sounds awesome, got 16gb of music on three flash drives in the console, cds can go back in the house! The factory stereo must have been a real piece of poopie.

I'm more of an old fruity candy guy. Jujubes, jujyfruits and dots are my favorites. The candy only old people probably have an interest in but can't eat cause they got no toofies. Twizzlers and red vines and black liquorice too. If you could have eaten them at "the talkies" they are good lol.

I need to join the modern world of mobile music too. I put a nice pioneer deck with a rear mp3 mount and usb mount but forgot to slap a mp3 connector to the rear when I installed it. So I have to pull it back out enough to do that. And the second car still needs a modern deck. And reload my mp3 and flash drives with the stuff I have grown into after finally stumbling on this genre.
