My guitar player has a Ric copy. I have no clue about it. Looks like he has to sell it. I know the copies are getting harder to come by.

kind of GASing for some fuzzrocious gear. Grey Stache, Dark(est) Driving or Rat Tail...
don't have the stache, but the rat tail and the dark driving are the way to go, playing masque attack on halloween, now i just need to decide if i'm brewing beer or printing new shirts to get some merch going
"turn the evil up, evil turnip" does that sound like a pilsner or an ipa
our new song is called butterfly puncher, been avoiding talkbass recently, cause the weird if i was a bass, what would i sound like, how would i play, would my owner polish me type philosopher threads were driving me insane
person in a bikini running along the road, my friend comments positively about their body. we drive closer and pass only to discover it's a dude lol.

I love Wisconsin.

Thanks! I'll try it myself. Been A/B'ing between this and my SA BEF, and the SA is winning at the moment. I'm thinking I like the sweep speed and frequency options better on it, but they both have good sounds. SA sounds better deeper, and the BSW sounds better higher, but still nowhere near as high as yours is set! I might do like you hinted at - cheap synth. It would be fun. I've found that I prefer the filters first, otherwise they drop so much volume with OD. They still drop a bit, but the OD etc. seems to make up for it. I'll keep trying, and also report back on my findings.@kleinenenten, see my BSW auto-wah setting below. There's still some quack but it's tamed by running the BDPG in front (darkish OD tone). With the VT afterward, this 3-ped combo is giving me a pretty effective tone for when I need to cut. Fired up to try it with band on Thu. I'll report back.
Also got a pretty decent synth tone (setting 4) but I need to twiddle knobs a bit more to de-mud it. It's too bad you can't save settings on the pedal, but for the price ($40 used) it's pretty fun.
This is the 3rd or 4th BSW I've tried and I've found the most useful tones out of it now with lower tuning. I always thought it sounded too processed before.

Found a decent synth setting. Still want to find a good filter setting. Running BDPG in front and VT after makes it sound pretty thick & textured; the BSW sounds like crap by itself.
I still pretty much just run with the D-180's overdrive most of the time. I've been finding use for the Swollen Pickle in a couple parts of new Catapult songs, and with Dustern when my cousin goes to solo (since he's the only guitarist in the band right now), but that's pretty much it as far as fuzz.been pretty darn pleased with the druid fuzz, keeping it dialed in at a low setting to thicken and deepen the tone of my LB100, this will be the only fuzz pedal that i didn't immediately put back in the box and deliver to future music for consignment, now i'm pretty good to go, the rat tail, the druid fuzz, and the dark driving are going to be pushing the d180 at our next show
just found a brewery, things are going a little smoother now with the fuzz and the suds
